JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada Sabtu (23/8) mengungkap fakta baru terkait kasus dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan sertifikat keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.
Ketua KPK, Setyo Budiyanto, menyatakan bahwa mantan Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG) meminta uang sebesar Rp3 miliar untuk renovasi rumahnya di Cimanggis, Jawa Barat.
“Ngomongnya untuk renovasi rumah,” ujar Setyo Budiyanto saat dikonfirmasi ANTARA dari Jakarta.
Permintaan uang tersebut dilakukan Immanuel Ebenezer setelah ia mengetahui adanya dugaan praktik pemerasan dalam pengurusan sertifikat K3.
Meskipun demikian, Setyo Budiyanto menyebutkan bahwa KPK memandang renovasi rumah tersebut belum dilakukan oleh Immanuel Ebenezer. “Akan tetapi, sepertinya rumahnya belum direnovasi,” katanya.
Penahanan 11 Tersangka
Kasus ini berawal dari laporan dan penyidikan kasus Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) yang kemudian berkembang ke kasus dugaan pemerasan.
Pada Jumat (22/8), KPK menetapkan Immanuel Ebenezer bersama 10 orang lainnya sebagai tersangka. Selain uang Rp3 miliar, IEG juga disebut menerima satu unit sepeda motor Ducati.
Kesebelas tersangka telah ditahan KPK selama 20 hari pertama, mulai 22 Agustus hingga 10 September 2025, di Rumah Tahanan Cabang KPK Gedung Merah Putih.

Pada hari yang sama, Presiden Prabowo Subianto secara resmi mencopot Immanuel Ebenezer dari jabatannya sebagai Wamenaker.
