JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada Jumat (22/8) mengumumkan temuan baru terkait kasus dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan sertifikat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker).
Dalam konferensi pers, Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto mengungkapkan bahwa Koordinator Bidang Kelembagaan dan Personel K3 Kemenaker, Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM), menjadi tersangka utama yang diduga menerima aliran dana mencapai Rp69 miliar.
Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM) merupakan satu dari 11 tersangka yang telah ditetapkan KPK dalam kasus ini. Selain IBM, kasus ini juga melibatkan Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG).
“Pada tahun 2019-2024, IBM diduga menerima aliran uang sejumlah Rp69 miliar melalui perantara. Uang tersebut digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan pribadi, seperti belanja, hiburan, uang muka rumah, serta setoran tunai kepada tersangka lainnya, yaitu Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH) dan Hery Sutanto (HS),” jelas Setyo Budiyanto.
IBM juga diketahui menggunakan sebagian dari dana tersebut untuk membeli aset, termasuk kendaraan dan penyertaan modal pada tiga perusahaan yang terafiliasi dengan Perusahaan Jasa K3 (PJK3).
Selain IBM, KPK juga merinci aliran dana yang diterima oleh tersangka lainnya:
- Subkoordinator Kemitraan dan Personel Kesehatan Kerja, Anitasari Kusumawati (AK), diduga menerima Rp5,5 miliar. Dana ini sebagian mengalir ke penyelenggara negara, termasuk Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan IEG sebesar Rp3 miliar.
- Subkoordinator Keselamatan Kerja, Subhan (SB), diduga menerima Rp3,5 miliar dari sekitar 80 perusahaan. Dana ini digunakan untuk keperluan pribadi, termasuk transfer ke pihak lain dan penarikan tunai.
- Koordinator Pengujian dan Evaluasi Kompetensi, Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH), diduga menerima Rp3 miliar, yang digunakan untuk membeli kendaraan dan ditransfer ke pihak lain.
KPK menegaskan akan terus mendalami dan mengembangkan kasus ini untuk mengusut tuntas semua pihak yang terlibat.
Hingga saat ini, KPK telah menahan 11 tersangka dan berupaya memulihkan aset negara yang dicuri.
