Sukabumi, Jurnaltipikor.com,-Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Bogor–Ciawi–Sukabumi ( Tol Bocimi) Seksi 2 kembali menjadi sorotan publik. Di tengah semangat perayaan HUT RI ke-80, sejumlah warga yang terdampak proyek ini justru merasa belum merdeka akibat janji ganti rugi yang tak kunjung ditepati.
Salah satu warga yang terdampak yaitu keluarga Ibu Eem, warga Kampung Kembang Kuning, RT 03/06, Desa Munjul, Kecamatan Ciambar. Rumahnya mengalami pergeseran tanah dan longsor akibat proyek tol, memaksanya tinggal di tempat yang tidak layak selama empat tahun terakhir bahkan sempat dikabarkan tinggal dikandang domba.
Awalnya, pihak pengembang meminta warga pindah sementara dan menjanjikan bantuan kontrakan selama satu tahun. Namun, menurut warga bantuan itu tidak selama saat ganti rugi dibayarkan Hingga kini, Ibu Eem belum menerima dana kompensasi atas dampak proyek tersebut.

Yandi Bohil (35), pihak keluarga Ibu Eem, mengaku lelah dengan janji-janji yang tak kunjung ditepati.
“Janji sebulan dua bulan, tapi tidak ada kepastian. Saya sudah bolak-balik ke kantor PPK, tapi jawabannya selalu sama. Kami seperti dibodohi,” ujar Yandi kepada awka media, Sabtu (16/08/2025).
Yandi kini tinggal berdesakan bersama tiga keluarga, total 13 orang, di rumah sementara yang jauh dari layak huni. Ia bahkan terpaksa menjual barang-barang miliknya demi bertahan hidup.
Mendengar hal tersebut, Ketua Umum Soulmate Kang Dedi (SKD), Kang Pena, menyampaikan keprihatinannya setelah menerima laporan dari Ketua SKD Sukabumi Raya, Budi Arya.
“Miris rasanya mendengar warga Sukabumi belum merdeka karena janji ganti rugi yang tak kunjung ditepati. Pemerintah dan pihak pengembang harus segera turun tangan,” tegas Kang Pena.
