JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) melakukan penggeledahan dan penyitaan terhadap aset yang diduga milik tersangka korupsi minyak mentah, Muhammad Riza Chalid (MRC).
Penggeledahan ini berhasil menyita uang tunai dalam berbagai mata uang dan lima unit mobil mewah.
Kasubdit Penyidikan Tipikor dan TPPU Jampidsus Kejagung, Yadyn, menjelaskan bahwa penggeledahan dilakukan pada Senin, 4 Agustus, di tiga lokasi berbeda: Depok, Jakarta Selatan (Pondok Indah), dan Jakarta Selatan (Tegal Parang, Mampang Prapatan).
“Kami mendapatkan sejumlah uang, baik dalam bentuk dolar maupun juga dalam bentuk rupiah dan mata uang asing lainnya,” ujar Yadyn di Gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Selasa.
Namun, ia tidak merinci nominalnya karena masih dalam proses penghitungan.
Senada dengan Yadyn, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, Anang Supriatna, menambahkan bahwa penyidik juga menyita lima unit mobil mewah, yaitu Toyota Alphard, Mini Cooper, dan tiga sedan Mercedes Benz.

Menurut Anang, barang-barang tersebut disita dari pihak yang diduga terafiliasi dengan Riza Chalid. Pihak tersebut sempat dipanggil oleh penyidik, tetapi tidak hadir sehingga Kejaksaan Agung melakukan penggeledahan.
“Dari penggeledahan ini, kami mendapatkan barang bukti yang diduga oleh penyidik ada kaitannya dengan kepemilikan atas nama tersangka MRC,” ucapnya.
Saat ini, penyidik Jampidsus tengah melakukan pengembangan kasus untuk mencari aset-aset lain milik Riza Chalid.
Sebagai informasi, Muhammad Riza Chalid merupakan beneficial owner PT Orbit Terminal Merak dan salah satu dari delapan tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023.
