“Penyitaan terhadap sejumlah aset yang memiliki nilai tinggi disita karena diduga terkait hasil tindak pidana korupsi,” ujar Ristianti.

Daftar Aset yang Disita
Dari rumah tersangka Agusman, tim penyidik berhasil menyita:
- Satu unit mobil Pajero keluaran tahun 2023.
- Uang tunai empat lembar pecahan 100 dolar AS.
- Tujuh kartu ATM dari berbagai bank, termasuk Maybank, BNI, BCA, dan Panin Bank.
- Sejumlah perhiasan emas.
- Beberapa tas mewah merek Coach, Marc Jacobs, dan Tory Burch.
- Satu bundel dokumen penting

Kasus korupsi ini berfokus pada kegiatan produksi dan eksplorasi pertambangan batu bara milik PT Ratu Samban Mining dan PT Tunas Bara Jaya. Kedua perusahaan ini diduga telah merambah kawasan hutan dan melakukan penjualan batu bara secara ilegal.

Sebelumnya, Kejati Bengkulu telah menetapkan tujuh orang tersangka, yang kemudian berkembang menjadi sembilan orang, termasuk Imam Sumantri (IS),VEdhie Santosa (EDH), Bebby Hussy, Saskya Hussy, Julius Soh, Agusman,VSutarman, Sunindyo Suryo Herdadi (SSH), dan David Alexander.
“Penyidikan terus berkembang dan tidak menutup kemungkinan akan ada tersangka baru,” kata Ristianti, menekankan komitmen Kejati Bengkulu untuk menuntaskan kasus ini hingga tuntas.
