WAJO, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Sebagai salah satu alat kelengkapan dewan, Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD memiliki tugas yang tak sepele. Apalagi ini menyangkut martabat badan legislatif.
Untuk mempelajari serta menggali lebih dalam kewenagannya, Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Kabupaten Sinjai berkunjung ke DPRD Wajo, Selasa (03/06/2025).
Rombongan Badan Kehormatan DPRD Sinjai tersebut diterima langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Wajo, Firmansyah Prekesi, anggota DPRD Wajo serta Sekwan DPRD Wajo.

Ketua BK DPRD Sinjai, Ambo Tuo mengatakan, tujuan menyambangi DPRD Wajo ini merupakan kunjungan konsultasi untuk saling sharing terkait Tata Beracara Badan Kehormatan DPRD.
“Kunjungan ini untuk memperkuat tugas dan fungsi kami terkait kode etik dan tata beracara anggota DPRD, dalam hal ini Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut disampaikan jika saat ini DPRD Sinjai tengah menggodok pembentukan Perda yang saat ini masih pada tatanan pembahasan tingkat III, sebelum masuk Pansus.
“Rencana minggu depan kami sudah masuk pada pembentukan Pansus.” terangnya.

Senada, Ketua DPRD Wajo Firmansyah Prekesi menyampaikan kunjungan Anggota DPRD dan BK DPRD Sinjai untuk berkoordinasi dengan DRPD Wajo terkait banyak hal.
“Salah satunya terkait mekanisme BK DPRD Wajo dalam melakukan tupoksinya.
Termasuk mendiskusikan beberapa hal terkait keseharian DPRD Sinjai dengan DPRD Wajo,” ungkap politisi partai Gerindra tersebut.
