Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung terus memperkuat komitmen dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang mudah, cepat, dan transparan melalui peluncuran inovasi Smile Connected.
Inisiatif layanan digital ini diresmikan Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan di Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Bandung, Jalan Cianjur, pada Selasa, 3 Juni 2025.
Farhan mengatakan, kehadiran Smile Connected merupakan bagian dari strategi besar Kota Bandung untuk menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang terhubung, inklusif, dan proaktif.
“Smile Connected bukan sekadar alat digital, tetapi jembatan pelayanan antara pemerintah dengan warga. Kita ingin seluruh lapisan masyarakat, dari pelaku usaha hingga warga biasa, merasa dekat dan terbantu dengan kehadiran layanan ini,” ujar Farhan.

Ia menuturkan, kecamatan tidak hanya sebagai unit administratif, tetapi juga sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan yang dituntut responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.
“Kami ingin setiap warga Kota Bandung bisa mengakses informasi, mengurus perizinan, hingga menyampaikan pengaduan hanya lewat satu sistem yang mudah dijangkau di kecamatan. Ini adalah wujud dari semangat Bandung sebagai Kota Utama,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Bandung, Ronny Ahmad Nurudin menjelaskan, Smile Connected adalah singkatan dari Sarana Media Informasi dan Layanan Elektronik Terkoneksi, yakni sistem pelayanan digital berbasis anjungan elektronik yang ditempatkan di kantor kecamatan.
“Inovasi ini adalah bentuk nyata integrasi layanan publik. Smile Connected menyediakan informasi dan layanan perizinan, non-perizinan, pengaduan, jadwal jemput bola, hingga video tutorial yang bisa diakses langsung oleh masyarakat,” jelas Roni.

Untuk tahap awal, Smile Connected telah dipasang di enam kecamatan yang memiliki jumlah pelaku usaha dan permohonan perizinan terbanyak, yaitu: Kecamatan Antapani, Andir, Astanaanyar, Buahbatu, Sukasari dan Kecamatan Sukajadi
“Kami prioritaskan kecamatan yang padat aktivitas usaha. Untuk 24 kecamatan lainnya, sudah kami ajukan dalam anggaran perubahan agar dapat segera menyusul,” tambahnya.
Smile Connected menjadi salah satu tonggak penting transformasi digital layanan publik di Kota Bandung.
Pemerintah berharap ke depan seluruh kecamatan dapat menjadi simpul pelayanan yang cepat, transparan, dan membahagiakan warga. (ziz/red)
