Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Ibunda Ronald Tannur, Meirizka Widjaja dituntut pidana penjara selama 4 tahun serta denda sebesar Rp750 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan terkait kasus pemberian suap untuk pengondisian perkara anaknya pada tahun 2024.
Jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Nurachman Adikusumo berpendapat Meirizka telah terbukti memberikan suap kepada hakim di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya untuk mengondisikan perkara Ronald Tannur.
“Kami menuntut agar terdakwa Meirizka dinyatakan terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama memberikan suap, seperti diatur dalam dakwaan alternatif pertama,” ujar JPU dalam sidang pembacaan surat tuntutan di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta, Rabu (28/5/2025)
Oleh karenanya, Meirizka dituntut agar dinyatakan bersalah telah melanggar Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Sebelum melayangkan tuntutan, JPU mempertimbangkan beberapa hal memberatkan dan meringankan. Hal memberatkan, yakni perbuatan Meirizka tidak mendukung program pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan negara yang bersih dan bebas dari korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN)
“Sementara hal meringankan yang dipertimbangkan sebelum menjatuhkan tuntutan, yaitu terdakwa belum pernah dihukum dan bersikap sopan di persidangan,” tutur JPU.

Dalam kasus tersebut, Meirizka diduga memberikan suap kepada tiga hakim di PN Surabaya sebesar Rp4,67 miliar untuk memberikan “vonis bebas” pada kasus Ronald Tannur.
Uang tunai keseluruhan yang diberikan meliputi Rp1 miliar dan 308 ribu dolar Singapura atau setara dengan Rp3,67 miliar (kurs Rp11.900 per dolar Singapura).
Akibatnya, Meirizka terancam pidana yang diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a atau Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a jo. Pasal 18 UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP
