Batin Solapan , JURNAL TIPIKOR – Semangat gotong royong dan tekad untuk memajukan ekonomi desa tampak jelas dalam Musyawarah Desa Khusus (MUSDESUS) yang diselenggarakan di Aula Desa Petani pada Kamis, 8 Mei 2025. Agenda utama dalam musyawarah ini adalah pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih Desa Petani, sebuah inisiatif yang sejalan dengan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 9 Tahun 2025.
Koperasi Merah Putih merupakan gerakan pembentukan koperasi di tingkat desa atau kelurahan di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempercepat penguatan ekonomi masyarakat desa melalui usaha kolektif yang berbasis pada potensi dan kebutuhan lokal.
Musdessus pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih Desa Petani dihadiri oleh berbagai elemen penting masyarakat, termasuk Bhabinkantibmas Desa Petani, Bapak Hidayat; Penjabat (PJ) Kepala Desa, Bapak Juprizal; Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD); perwakilan Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan Rukun Warga (RW); tokoh masyarakat; tokoh agama, Ustadz Khoir; tokoh pemuda dan tokoh perempuan; Pendamping Lokal Desa (PLD); perwakilan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Dinas Koperasi kecamatan; serta seluruh perangkat Desa Petani.
Acara yang dimulai tepat pukul 10.00 WIB, setelah kehadiran Kepala Desa dan seluruh undangan, dibuka dengan pembacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan doa. Rangkaian acara dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari PJ Kepala Desa Petani, Bapak Juprizal. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyampaikan latar belakang pembentukan koperasi ini, merujuk pada instruksi Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengenai pembentukan 75.000 hingga 80.000 koperasi di setiap desa maupun kecamatan.
“Tujuan utama dari pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih ini adalah untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan desa, mengembangkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), mendukung keberadaan klinik desa, mewujudkan swasembada pangan, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat Desa Petani,” ujar Bapak Juprizal dengan penuh harap.
Musyawarah berlangsung dengan penuh semangat kebersamaan dan menghasilkan kesepakatan bulat untuk segera menindaklanjuti pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih Desa Petani. Langkah selanjutnya akan meliputi penyusunan anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga (AD/ART), pembentukan pengurus dan pengawas koperasi, serta sosialisasi kepada seluruh masyarakat Desa Petani untuk menjadi anggota.
Diharapkan dengan terbentuknya Koperasi Merah Putih ini, Desa Petani akan semakin maju dan mandiri secara ekonomi, serta mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh warganya.
