Wajo, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Program TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) ke-124 Tahun Anggaran 2025 resmi dibuka dalam upacara yang berlangsung di Lapangan Bola Andi Asmidin, Dusun Tobulelle, Desa Temmabarang, Kecamatan Penrang, Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan, Selasa (6/5/2025) pukul 09.00 WITA.
Upacara pembukaan mengusung tema *“Dengan Semangat TMMD Mewujudkan Pemerataan Pembangunan dan Ketahanan Nasional di Wilayah Kodim 1406/Wajo”*. Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara (Irup) adalah Bupati Wajo, H. Andi Rosman, S.Sos., M.M., sementara Komandan Upacara (Danup) dijabat oleh Kapten Cba Salamuddin, Danramil 1406-09/Sajoanging.
Acara pembukaan dihadiri sejumlah pejabat dan tokoh masyarakat, antara lain Kolonel Infanteri Rahmat mewakili Danrem 141/Tp, Letkol Inf Wahyu Yunus, S.I.P. (Dandim 1406/Wajo), Kompol Harjoko, S.H., M.H. (mewakili Kapolres Wajo), H. Irtanto Hadiri Saputra Rachim, S.H., M.H. (mewakili Kajari Kab. Wajo), serta para kepala OPD, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, camat, kepala desa se-Kecamatan Penrang, dan masyarakat umum.

Peserta upacara terbagi ke dalam tiga Satuan Setingkat Kompi (SSK), terdiri dari unsur TNI, Polri, instansi pemerintah, organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan pelajar. Di antaranya adalah personel dari Kodim 1406/Wajo, Divif 3 Kostrad, Brigif 11/Badik Sakti, Yon Armed 21/Kawali, TNI AL, TNI AU, Polres Wajo, Satpol PP, BPBD, Damkar, Dishub, FKPPI, Pramuka, serta siswa dan masyarakat.
Upacara dimulai dengan laporan komandan upacara kepada Irup, pemeriksaan pasukan, penyematan tanda peserta, hingga pembacaan kesiapan laporan dan penandatanganan berita acara penyerahan proyek TMMD ke-124 dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Wajo kepada Kodim 1406/Wajo. Dalam amanatnya, Bupati Wajo menyampaikan apresiasi atas sinergi TNI dan pemerintah daerah.
“TMMD ini menjadi bukti kolaborasi antara TNI, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan pembangunan merata dan memperkuat ketahanan nasional,” tegasnya.

Ia juga menjelaskan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Wajo mengalokasikan dana sebesar Rp1.751.400.000 pada APBD Pokok 2025 untuk kegiatan fisik TMMD berupa rehabilitasi jalan kelas C, pembangunan talud, dan jembatan di Desa Temmabarang. Program ini akan berlangsung selama satu bulan, hingga 4 Juni 2025.
Selain kegiatan fisik, TMMD kali ini juga menyasar program sosial seperti penanggulangan kemiskinan ekstrem, penanganan stunting, anak tidak sekolah, serta kebersihan dan keindahan lingkungan, yang merupakan bagian dari program 100 hari kerja Pemkab Wajo.
Setelah upacara, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penyuluhan, bakti sosial, pengobatan gratis, dan donor darah. Rombongan juga meninjau lokasi TMMD dan melakukan peletakan batu pertama sebagai simbol dimulainya pembangunan infrastruktur di wilayah sasaran.
