Hal ini disampaikannya saat memberikan sambutan dalam acara Citcom Connect 2025 yang digelar di El Hotel, Kota Bandung, Selasa (22/4/ 2025)
“Bandung tidak boleh tertinggal dalam revolusi AI ini. Justru kita harus berada di garis depan, memimpin arah perubahan, dan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi adalah solusi atas tantangan kota,” ujar Erwin

Acara Citcom Connect 2025 menjadi ruang temu dan kolaborasi berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk membahas pemanfaatan AI di berbagai sektor, termasuk UMKM, pendidikan, keagamaan, hingga pelayanan publik.
Sebagai informasi, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung saat ini tengah menjalankan berbagai program strategis menuju smart city yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
Termasuk di dalamnya digitalisasi layanan publik, pengembangan pusat inkubasi bisnis di 30 kecamatan, serta dukungan penuh terhadap pertumbuhan startup lokal.
Erwin berharap, ke depan dapat digelar lebih banyak pelatihan teknologi yang berpadu dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan di Kota Bandung.
“Kami membuka ruang kolaborasi selebar-lebarnya bagi komunitas teknologi untuk ikut serta merancang solusi kota,” tuturnya.

Ketua Citcom Connect 2025, Setiadi Sudrajat menuturkan, teknologi, terutama AI, harus menjadi milik semua kalangan.
“Kami ingin mendorong demokratisasi teknologi. Bagaimana AI dan solusi digital bisa diakses semua kalangan, baik anak muda, pesantren, pelaku UMKM, maupun warga biasa,” ungkap Setiadi.
Sementara itu, Ketua Umum Aptiknas, Sugiharto Santoso, menyampaikan pentingnya percepatan adopsi teknologi hingga ke akar rumput.
“Kalau kita tidak bergerak cepat, kita akan tertinggal. UMKM, pesantren, hingga perangkat desa harus merasakan manfaat nyata dari transformasi digital ini,” tuturnya.
