Sukabumi, Jurnaltipikor.com,-Kepala Desa Mekarjaya Soleh Komarudin menggelar Musyawarah Desa Khusus (Musdesus) dalam rangka membentuk Koperasi Desa Merah Putih yang bertempat di Aula Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Kabandungan, Kabupaten Sukabumi pada, Senin (21/04/ 2025).
Sesuai dengan Istruksi Presiden (Inpres) Nomor 9 Tahun 2025 tentang Percepatan Pembentukan Koperasi Desa / Kelurahan Merah Putih yang dimana bertujuan untuk :
1. Memperkuat swasembada pangan dan pemerataan ekonomi.
2. Menjadikan desa sebagai pilar pembangunan ekonomi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.
3. Mengoptimalkan potensi desa melalui koperasi yang menyediakan layanan seperti sembako murah, klinik desa, simpan pinjam, cold storage, dan logistik desa.
Soleh Komarudin selaku Kepala Desa Mekarjaya menyampaikan, bahwa dalam musdesus ini kami semua sepakat memilih nama Koperasi Merah Putih Amanat Raja sebagai nama Koperasi di Desa Mekarjaya. Koperasi ini dibentuk sebagai bagian dari upaya penguatan ekonomi masyarakat dan pembentukan Koperasi ini sejalan dengan Instruksi Presiden RI Nomor 9 Tahun 2025 yang mewajibkan setiap desa memiliki koperasi Merah Putih sebagai lembaga keuangan desa.
“Alhamdulillah,Musdesus ini telah selesai kami laksanakan dan nama Koperasi Merah Putih Amanat Raja dipilih sebagai nama Koperasi di Desa Mekarjaya,” ucapnya.

Lanjutnya, pembentukan Koperasi ini merupakan implementasi langsung dari instruksi presiden yang tertuang dalam Inpres Nomor 9 Tahun 2025.
“Presiden itu pemimpin tertinggi. Menurut saya, Presiden itu layaknya raja. Oleh karena itu, kami memberi nama Koperasi Merah Putih Amanat Raja,” jelas Soleh.
Koperasi Merah Putih Amanat Raja telah menetapkan struktur kepengurusan, yang terdiri dari :
Ketua : Bapak. Barja
Sekretaris : Susi
Bendahara : Ibu Aida
Soleh pun menjelaskan, bahwa Koperasi Amanat Raja ini nantinya akan berkolaborasi dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) serta pemerintah desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga Mekarjaya.
“Koperasi ini akan menjadi bagian dari ekosistem ekonomi desa yang akan bersinergi dengan berbagai pihak. Tujuannyabtidak lain ialah untuk menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat agar lebih maju dan sejahtera,”tambahnya.
Pembentukan koperasi ini telah melewati serangkaian musyawarah desa, termasuk Musyawarah Desa Khusus (Musdesus) sebagai tahapan akhir sebelum penetapan resmi.
“Kami memastikan semua elemen masyarakat terlibat, mulai dari keterwakilan perempuan, kelompok tani, RT, RW, LPMD, Karang Taruna, BPD, Posyandu, hingga unsur kecamatan,”katanya.
Hadir Sekretaris Dinas Koperasi, Andrian Syah, sebagai narasumber yang memberikan arahan tentang pentingnya koperasi bagi perekonomian desa.
Dalam pembentukan koperasi ini, ditegaskan bahwa perangkat desa dan juga lembaga desa seperti LPMD, Karang Taruna, BUMDes, serta RT/RW tidak diperbolehkan masuk dalam kepengurusan koperasi, guna menjaga independensi dan efektivitas operasionalnya.
“Kami berharap, koperasi ini akan dapat berjalan sesuai aturan dan juga transparan. Sehingga, bisa benar-benar membantu ekonomi masyarakat Mekarjaya,”pungkasnya
