Pada kesempatan tersebut dilaksanakan Apel dan gelar alutsista di lapangan Makodam. Pangdam III/Slw menyampaikan rasa hormat dan bangga atas kehadiran Pangkogabwilhan I yang sebelumnya juga pernah menjabat sebagai Pangdam III/Siliwangi.
“Kehadiran Bapak merupakan suatu kehormatan dan kebanggaan bagi keluarga besar Kodam III/Siliwangi. Apel bersama ini menjadi momen strategis untuk menegaskan kembali loyalitas dan komitmen tegak lurus seluruh prajurit kepada Panglima TNI dan pimpinan TNI AD,” ucap Pangdam.

Kodam III/Siliwangi memikul tanggung jawab besar, tidak hanya dalam pembinaan teritorial tetapi juga dalam mendukung kesiapan operasi militer gabungan. Sehingga sangat penting meningkatkan kualitas latihan, pembinaan personel dan materiil, serta menjaga disiplin sebagai pondasi utama dalam setiap pelaksanaan tugas.
Sementara itu, dalam arahannya, Pangkogabwilhan I menekankan perlunya sinkronisasi program dan kegiatan seluruh jajaran TNI karena akan menjadi bahan perencanaan operasi dan latihan yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Kogabwilhan I.
“Kita sebagai bagian dari NKRI harus mampu menjabarkan nilai persatuan yang sesungguhnya, dan menjadikan satuan TNI sebagai unsur pemersatu dan penguat kekuatan bangsa,” ujar Pangkogabwilhan I.
