Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kantor Komunikasi Kepresidenan (PCO) memaparkan tiga langkah Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengantisipasi dan menghadapi gejolak global yang salah satunya akibat kebijakan tarif barang-barang impor oleh Pemerintah Amerika Serikat.
Deputi Bidang Diseminasi dan Media Informasi Kantor Komunikasi Kepresidenan Noudhy Valdryno kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Kamis, menjelaskan tiga langkah Presiden Prabowo itu mencakup memperluas mitra dagang Indonesia, mempercepat hilirisasi sumber daya alam, dan memperkuat resiliensi konsumsi dalam negeri.
“Dengan memperkuat hubungan dagang internasional, mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya alam, dan meningkatkan konsumsi dalam negeri, Presiden Prabowo membuktikan bahwa Indonesia dapat tetap tumbuh meskipun di tengah situasi global yang penuh ketidakpastian,” kata Noudhy.
Ia yakin tiga kebijakan itu, diperkuat dengan strategi geopolitik yang matang, mampu menjaga perekonomian Indonesia tetap tumbuh di tengah disrupsi dan gejolak ekonomi global.
Dalam siaran resminya di Jakarta, Kamis, PCO kemudian menjelaskan tiga kebijakan Presiden Prabowo itu, yakni yang pertama, memperluas mitra dagang Indonesia.
“Pada minggu pertama setelah dilantik, Presiden Prabowo mengajukan keanggotaan Indonesia dalam BRICS (Brazil, Rusia, India, China, dan Afrika Selatan), sebuah kelompok ekonomi yang mencakup 40 persen perdagangan global. Langkah itu semakin memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam perdagangan internasional,” jelas Noudhy.
Ia berpendapat keanggotaan Indonesia di BRICS memperkuat berbagai perjanjian dagang multilateral yang telah ditandatangani Indonesia, di antaranya Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) dengan 10 negara ASEAN dan Australia, China, Jepang, Korea Selatan, dan Selandia Baru.
Indonesia, di bawah kepemimpinan Presiden Prabowo, juga melanjutkan upaya bergabung sebagai anggota tetap Organisasi Kerja Sama dan Pembangunan Ekonomi (OECD), kemudian meneruskan negosiasi beberapa perjanjian dagang lainnya, antara lain CP-TPP, IEU-CEPA, dan I-EAEU CEPA.

Langkah kedua yang dijalankan Presiden, sebagaimana disampaikan oleh PCO, yaitu mempercepat hilirisasi sumber daya alam.
“Sumber daya alam Indonesia yang melimpah selama ini sering kali diekspor dalam bentuk bahan mentah. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah, Presiden Prabowo memprioritaskan kebijakan hilirisasi industri,” kata Noudhy.
Ia melanjutkan salah satu strategi mempercepat hilirisasi ialah membentuk Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara).
“Danantara akan mendanai dan mengelola proyek hilirisasi di sektor-sektor utama seperti mineral, batu bara, minyak bumi, gas bumi, perkebunan, kelautan, perikanan, dan kehutanan. Dengan langkah ini, Indonesia tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing ekspor, tetapi juga tidak lagi bergantung pada investasi asing serta mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan,” kata Noudhy.
Langkah ketiga, ujar Noudhy, ialah memperkuat daya beli dalam negeri.
“Gebrakan ketiga adalah memperkuat daya beli masyarakat melalui program-program yang langsung menyentuh kesejahteraan rakyat. Salah satu program unggulan Presiden Prabowo adalah program makan bergizi gratis, yang menargetkan 82 juta penerima manfaat pada akhir tahun 2025,” kata Noudhy.
Kemudian, Presiden Prabowo juga berencana membentuk 80.000 Koperasi Desa Merah Putih yang bertujuan memperkuat ekonomi desa, membuka jutaan lapangan pekerjaan baru, dan mendorong perputaran uang di daerah.
“Upaya ini bukan hanya akan meningkatkan konsumsi dalam negeri, tetapi juga mengurangi ketergantungan pada impor dan memperkuat perekonomian domestik. Dengan mendongkrak konsumsi rumah tangga, yang mencakup 54 persen dari PDB Indonesia, program ini akan berkontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional,” kata Deputi PCO itu.
