JURNAL TIPIKOR – Libur Lebaran menjadi momen lonjakan wisatawan di Kota Bandung. Wali Kota Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, memperkirakan jumlah wisatawan yang datang ke kota ini selama H+1 hingga H+7 Lebaran mencapai satu juta orang, dengan rata-rata kunjungan harian mencapai 150.000 hingga 200.000 orang.
Namun, lonjakan wisatawan juga berdampak pada peningkatan volume sampah. Hingga sebelum salat Idulfitri, Pemkot Bandung mencatat keberhasilan pengurangan sampah di titik-titik Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) hingga 50 ton dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
Meski begitu, target pengosongan tempat pembuangan sementara (TPS) sebanyak 70% belum tercapai, dengan realisasi hanya sekitar 59,63%.

Untuk itu, Farhan mengimbau wisatawan agar lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap sampah yang mereka hasilkan selama berwisata di Bandung.
“Saya ingin mengingatkan kepada para wisatawan, tolong bertanggung jawablah terhadap sampah Anda sendiri. Masukkan sampah ke dalam tempat sampah dan kalau bisa bawa pulang ke rumah masing-masing. Saat ini kami tidak punya cukup tenaga, waktu, dan kesempatan untuk mengurus sampah yang dibuang sembarangan,” katanya.
Ia juga menyoroti tingkat hunian hotel yang lebih rendah dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini menjadi perhatian serius bagi pemerintah, karena sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu penyumbang utama Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).
“Kami akan mengevaluasi kunjungan wisata setiap minggu. Target PAD dari sektor pariwisata harus tetap tercapai, meskipun ada penurunan jumlah wisatawan yang menginap di hotel,” tuturnya.
Farhan berpesan kepada wisatawan agar tetap menjaga kenyamanan Kota Bandung.
