JURNAL TIPIKOR – Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto telah memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap masalah mandeknya invetasi karena ulah Ormas yang melakukan pungutan liar (pungli).
Kini, dilaporkan bahwa Prabowo juga telah memerintahkan TNI/Polri untuk menindak tegas Ormas yang melakukan pungli di kawasan industri tersebut.
Mengutip Tribunnews pada (21/3), hal itu menurut pernyataan Prabowo yang disampaikan oleh Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni.

Perlu diketahui di awal, deklarasi perang antara pemerintah terhadap ormas nakal yang mengganggu investasi menandai langkah serius dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan keamanan dunia usaha di Indonesia.
Dengan begitu, lewat pernyataan yang disampaikan Ahmad Sahroni, Prabowo meminta TNI-Polri tegas terhadap para ormas preman.
Itu disebutnya merupakan peringatan keras dari Presiden Prabowo kepada semua ormas preman.
Bahkan, Sahroni menjamin 100 persen bahwa ormas tersebut bakal disikat habis dan dibubarkan.
“Ini merupakan peringatan keras dari Presiden Prabowo kepada semua ormas preman. Kalau ketahuan masih berani lakukan pungli, saya jamin 100 persen ormas tersebut bakal disikat habis dan dibubarkan,” kata dia kepada wartawan Jumat (21/3/2025).

Lantaran menurutnya, pungli tersebut terkadang juga diperintah, dan hasilnya disetorkan ke kas ormas.
Oleh karena itu, Sahroni menekankan tidak perlu lagi menggunakan istilah oknum ormas, karena jika satu bermasalah, semuanya akan terkena dampaknya.
“Karena pungli ini kadang juga disuruh dan hasilnya disetor ke kas ormas tersebut. Jadi tidak perlu lagi pakai istilah oknum ormas. Satu bermasalah, semuanya kena,” imbuhnya.
