Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengatakan pihaknya belum menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil terkait penyidikan dugaan korupsi pengadaan iklan di Bank BJB.
“Sampai dengan saat ini belum ada info yang bersangkutan dijadwalkan untuk pemanggilan,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Selasa.
Tessa mengatakan semua pihak yang dinilai penting dalam rangka pemenuhan unsur perkara tentunya akan dipanggil oleh penyidik untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Semua pihak yang oleh penyidik diduga memiliki keterlibatan, akan dilakukan pemanggilan, terutama mereka-mereka yang dianggap penting dan dibutuhkan dalam rangka pemenuhan unsur perkara yang sedang ditangani,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya (10/3), Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi menggeledah rumah mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil terkait penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB).
Penyidik KPK menyita sejumlah dokumen dalam penggeledahan di rumah Ridwan Kamil terkait penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB).
“Pastinya kalau yang disita, pasti ada ya beberapa dokumen, beberapa barang, itu ada prosesnya, sedang dikaji sedang diteliti oleh para penyidik,” kata Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto di Gedung Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK, Jakarta, Rabu (19/3/2025)

Dalam perkara tersebut, penyidik KPK telah menetapkan lima tersangka yakni Direktur Utama PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) Yuddy Renaldi (YR) dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Corsec BJB Widi Hartoto (WH).
Selain itu, pengendali agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD), Pengendali Agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress Suhendrik (S), dan pengendali Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama dan Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK/red).
