JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kekayaan Febri Diansyah menarik untuk dibahas karena sosoknya resmi menjadi satu dari 17 nama pengacara yang tergabung dalam tim hukum Sekjen PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto. Menariknya, advokat yang juga mantan jubir KPK ini akan menjadi satu dengan Ronny Talapessy.
Padahal Febri dan Ronny sempat berseberangan dalam kasus Ferdy Sambo. Saat itu Febri adalah pengacara dari istri Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi sedangkan Ronny berada di kubu lain dengan menjadi pengacara Bharada Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E.
Febri Dianysah menegaskan tetap bersikap profesional dalam menangani kasus sebagai advokat. Diketahui Hasto Kristiyanto, yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh pada 24 Desember 2024 kemudian ditahan pada 20 Februari 2025.
Hasto diduga terlibat dalam kasus penyuapan kepada mantan Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan. Suap ini diduga bertujuan untuk memuluskan penetapan Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPR RI periode 2019-2024, yang melibatkan Harun Masiku yang kini masih buron.

Febri Diansyah terakhir kali melaporkan harta kekayaannya dalam Laporan Harta Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN) pada 3 Oktober 2020 lalu dalam kapasitas akhir jabatannya sebagai Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat di KPK.
Harta kekayaan Febri Diansyah terdiri dari tanah dan bangunan seluas 115 m2/55 m2 di Jakarta Timur dengan status hasil sendiri senilai Rp600 juta.
Febri Diansyah juga melaporkan kepemilikan 4 kendaraannya dengan nilai total Rp291 juta yang terdiri dari:
Motor Honda CS1 tahun 2008 senilai Rp4 juta
Motor Honda Vario tahun 2013 senilai Rp7 juta
Mobil Toyota Avanza tahun 2017 senilai Rp130 juta
Mobil Daihatsu Taerios Adventure tahun 2017 senilai Rp150 juta.
Selain itu Febri Diansyah juga melaporkan harta bergerak lainnya senilai Rp50 juta, surat berharga senilai Rp17 juta. Ada juga kas dan setara kas senilai Rp24.963.000 (Rp24,9 juta) dan harta lainnya senilai Rp293.889.011 (Rp293,8 juta).(*)
