Sukabumi,jurnaltipikor.com,-Rapat Kerja (Raker) Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri (Perumda AM TJM) dihadiri Wakil Bupati Sukabumi H.Andreas, S.E., bertempat di Kantor Pusat Perumda AM TJM Jalan Cirendeu No. 5, Karangtengah Cibadak, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kamis(06/03/2025).
Dalam Raker tersebut Wakil Bupati Sukabumi H. Andreas memberikan pengarahan kepada Pegawai Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri.
Wabub dalam arahanya mengatakan, semua lini di Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri harus senantiasa meningkatkan kinerja dan menjaga integritas serta selalu Inovatif.
“Dengan adanya Inovasi dan perubahan tentunya akan bisa mendorong produktivitas dan lebih jauh target Perumda akan dapat tercapai”,ucapnya.
Wabup juga minta para pegawai untuk selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pelangganya,selain itu Wabup juga menekankan terkait kebersamaan.
“Kita optimis, kinerja Perumda AM TJM ini akan meningkat dengan baik dan target menjadikan Perumda AM TJM untuk menjadi yang terbaik akan tercapai”,harapnya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Perumda AM TJM H. Moch. Kamaludin Zein menyampaikan, bahwa Raker tersebut merupakan agenda rutin yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka mengukur kinerja Perumda AM TJM dengan cabang-cabang Unit di Perumda AM TJM yang ada di daerah.
“Kami berkeyakinan, dengan kehadiran Wabub ke Perumda AM TJM ini bisa meningkatkan kinerja dan etos kerja yang lebih baik. Sehingga, para pegawai termotivasi dalam menjalankan tugas”,pungkasnya.
