Hadir Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung Toni Wijaya, S.E., S.H., Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Kota Bandung, H. Iman Lestariyono, S.Si., Anggota Komisi IV, H. Soni Daniswara, Anggota Komisi II, Indri Rindani, serta Anggota Komisi III Rendiana Awangga, S.Tr.Kom.Ak. Dari Pemkot Bandung hadir Wali Kota Bandung Muhammad Farhan, Wakil Wali Kota Bandung H. Erwin, Pj Sekda Iskandar Zulkarnain, beserta para kepala OPD.
RSUD Bandung Kiwari meresmikan tiga layanan baru yakni Geulis Kiwari, Katresna, dan Senandung Perdana. Direktur RSUD Bandung Kiwari dr. H. Yorisa Sativa mengatakan, Geulis Kiwari merupakan Gerai untuk Layanan Istimewa di RSUD Bandung Kiwari, yang berkolaborasi dengan Disdukcapil Kota Bandung.
Tersedia layanan “3 in 1” bagi bayi yang lahir di RSUD Bandung Kiwari. Pihak keluarga akan langsung mendapatkan Akta Kelahiran Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) bagi bayi, sekaligus pemutakhiran Kartu Keluarga (KK) baru.
Gelus Kiwari juga melayani pembuatan Akta Kematian, perekaman KTP elektronik, serta aktivasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) bagi warga Kota Bandung.
Adapun layanan Kepedulian Terhadap Kekerasan pada Perempuan dan Anak (Katresna) menjadi langkah komprehensif untuk pencegahan, penanganan, dan pemulihan korban kekerasan berbasis gender.
Sedangkan Senandung Perdana (Sekolah dan Layanan Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) menyediakan layanan berupa upaya perlindungan perempuan dan anak, yang mencakup pencegahan hingga penanganan kasus kekerasan.
Layanan Katresna dan Senandung Perdana ini berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Bandung.
“Layanan ini mempercepat akses bagi masyarakat yang mengalami KDRT. Layanan ini sebagai alat bantu pencegahan dan deteksi, skrining, penanggulangan masalah yang dialami perempuan dan anak,” ujarnya.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung, Toni Wijaya mengapresiasi hadirnya ketiga program inovasi layanan hasil kolaborasi lintas organsisasi perangkat daerah di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Bandung tersebut. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Bandung hadir pada setiap lini kehidupan masyarakat Kota Bandung.
“Tentunya kami di DPRD Kota Bandung mengapresiasi setinggi-tingginya dan menyambut baik dengan hadirnya program yang terintegrasi ini adalah langkah bagus dan terobosan yang luar biasa yang telah diluncurkan Pemerintah Kota Bandung hari ini,” ujarnya.
Toni Wijaya pun berharap, program inovasi terintegrasi ini pun menjadi percontohan dan juga diadaptasi oleh rumah sakit lainnya, khususnya rumah sakit pemerintah di Kota Bandung.
Ia pun menilai program inovasi Katresna dan Senandung Perdana memberikan harapan besar bagi masyarakat Kota Bandung, terutama bagi para korban perempuan dan anak yang mengalami kekerasaan fisik maupun psikis.
Terlebih, berdasarkan data DP3A Kota Bandung pada tahun 2024, jumlah kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak cukup tinggi. Diharapkan layanan Katresna dan Senandung Perdana bukan hanya menjadi wadah pemulihan kondisi para korban, baik fisik maupun psikis, namun juga menjadi sarana edukasi dan pencegahan untuk mencegah tindakan kekerasan bagi masyarakat Kota Bandung lainnya.
“Selama ini sudah cukup banyak kasus kekerasan yang terjadi terhadap perempuan dan anak yang terjadi, termasuk di Kota Bandung. Sehingga para korban dari kasus-kasus yang sudah maupun akan terjadi harus ditangani dengan baik dan benar,” ucapnya.
Toni Wijaya pun menegaskan, DPRD Kota Bandung akan siap untuk bersinergi di dalam mendukung program-program Pemerintah Kota Bandung yang bertujuan untuk membantu perbaikan sosial juga kesejahteraan masyarakat. Ia berharap seluruh OPD bisa menguatkan konektivitas layanan demi kemudahan bagi masyarakat Kota Bandung.
“Kami berharap dengan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dihadirkan Pemerintah Kota Bandung, masyarakat bisa mendapatkan hak-haknya di dalam memperoleh pelayanan. Sehingga kehidupan masyarakat bisa merasa aman, nyaman, tenang, mudah, karena terlayani dengan baik,” katanya.
Wali Kota Bandung M. Farhan mengatakan, layanan baru ini merupakan langkah progresif untuk menghubungkan bidang-bidang antar dinas atau OPD.
“Kolaborasi adalah kunci peningkatan layanan bagi warga Kota Bandung. Sistem pelayanan publik yang diperlukan adalah yang memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Ini merupakan awal menuju layanan publik yang lebih baik,” tuturnya.(Cipta/Red)
