Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) membantah adanya dokumen terkait kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023, bocor di media sosial.
Pernyataan tersebut disampaikan oleh Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung Harli Siregar untuk merespons adanya video di media sosial yang menyebutkan adanya dokumen hasil sitaan penyidik yang bocor.
“Tidak benar itu. ‘Kan hasilnya kami rilis. Jadi, yang mana maksudnya yang bocor?” kata Harli ketika dihubungi pewarta ANTARA di Jakarta, Selasa (4/3/2025)
Diketahui, penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) tengah melakukan penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023.
Dalam prosesnya, penyidik telah menggeledah beberapa tempat, di antaranya dua rumah milik pengusaha Muhammad Riza Chalid, gedung PT Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM) di Cilegon, dan fuel terminal atau terminal bahan bakar minyak (TBBM) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga di Cilegon.
Sebagai informasi, Riza Chalid merupakan ayah dari salah satu tersangka dalam kasus ini, yaitu Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) selaku beneficial owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa.
Lalu, dari penggeledahan tersebut, penyidik menyita sejumlah dokumen dan barang bukti elektronik seperti ponsel dan CCTV.
Barang bukti yang telah disita selanjutnya akan dianalisis untuk mengetahui keterkaitannya dalam perkara ini.
Adapun Kejagung dalam kasus ini telah menetapkan sembilan orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dalam tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) pada tahun 2018-2023, yaitu Riva Siahaan (RS) selaku Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) selaku Direktur Feedstock dan Product Optimization PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) selaku Direktur Utama PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) selaku VP Feedstock Management PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) selaku Direktur Pemasaran Pusat dan Niaga PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, dan Edward Corne (EC) selaku VP Trading Operations PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Tersangka lainnya, yakni Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) selaku beneficial owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) selaku Komisaris PT Navigator Khatulistiwa sekaligus Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, dan Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) selaku Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim dan Direktur Utama PT Orbit Terminal Merak.(Antara)
