Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wali Kota Bandung Muhammad Farhan dan Wakil Wali Kota Bandung Erwin, didampingi jajaran Forkopimda, Pj Sekda Kota Bandung, serta kepala OPD, melaksanakan sahur bersama dan salat subuh berjemaah di Pasar Induk Caringin, Minggu, 2 Maret 2025. Setelahnya, Wali Kota Bandung dan jajaran memantau harga dan ketersediaan bahan pangan.
Dalam tinjauan tersebut, Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota berinteraksi langsung dengan pedagang dan pembeli untuk mengetahui kondisi harga dan pasokan di pasar.
“Alhamdulillah, ini hari pertama kita melakukan peninjauan ke pasar. Kami memilih Pasar Caringin karena ingin memahami jalur distribusi dari grosir besar hingga ke eceran,” ujar Farhan, di Pasar Induk Caringin, Kota Bandung, Minggu, 2 Maret 2025.
Ia menyebutkan, ketersediaan bahan pangan terpantau aman dengan suplai yang datang dari 12 provinsi ke berbagai kota dan kabupaten, termasuk Kota Bandung.
“Insyaallah masalah suplai akan kita pastikan tetap aman. Jangan terpancing isu kelangkaan barang. Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung bersama Badan Pangan Nasional, Bulog, dan pengelola pasar akan memastikan pasokan tetap stabil selama Ramadan,” jelasnya.
Meski demikian, Pemkot Bandung belum bisa memberikan kesimpulan terkait fluktuasi harga.
“Minggu depan kita akan memantau Pasar Gedebage untuk melihat perbandingan harga dan tren kenaikan komoditas seperti cabai, bawang, beras, telur, daging ayam, dan daging sapi. Dari situ, kita bisa memproyeksikan potensi inflasi hingga akhir Ramadan,” jelasnya.
Farhan berharap Kota Bandung dapat mempertahankan statusnya sebagai salah satu daerah dengan pengendalian inflasi terbaik di Indonesia.
“Mudah-mudahan Kota Bandung bisa mempertahankan prestasi sebagai salah satu pengendali inflasi terbaik di indonesia,” pungkasnya. (ziz/red)
