Kepala Biro Komunikasi dan Layanan Informasi Kementerian Keuangan, Deni Surjantoro, mengonfirmasi penunjukan Sri Mulyani dalam struktur Dewan Pengawas Danantara.
“Dewan Pengawas (jabatan Sri Mulyani di Danantara),” kata Deni kepada kumparan, Kamis (27/2).
Selain itu, mantan Perdana Menteri Inggris, Tony Blair , juga akan bergabung sebagai salah satu anggota Dewan Pengawas.
Danantara diluncurkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada Senin (24/2). Selain Rosan Roeslani yang menjadi CEO, Danantara akan diisi oleh Dony Oskaria sebagai Chief Operating Officer (COO) dan Pandu Sjahrir di kursi Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
Pembentukan Danantara berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 2025 tentang perubahan ketiga atas undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha milik Negara dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 10 tahun 2025 tentang organisasi dan tata kelola badan pengelola investasi Danantara.
