JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Wajo melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) guna memantau langsung pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Dalam kunjungan tersebut, sejumlah warga menyampaikan keluhan terkait kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, Kamis (13/2/2025)
Salah satu keluhan utama datang dari Abd. Hajar, warga yang tengah mengurus dokumen kependudukan. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa area antrean di depan kantor Disdukcapil terasa panas karena tidak memiliki atap yang memadai. Selain itu, tenda yang digunakan untuk menampung warga juga dalam kondisi hampir roboh.
“Lama pengurusan dan tempat menunggu di depan tidak ada atap, jadi sangat panas, dan tendanya sudah hampir rubuh,” ujar Abd. Hajar.

Menanggapi hal tersebut, Ketua Komisi I DPRD, A. Amshar A. Timbang, menegaskan bahwa Disdukcapil harus melakukan perubahan dalam hal kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi waktu pengurusan.
“Capil harus memberikan perubahan dalam hal kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi waktu pengurusan agar masyarakat tidak mengalami kendala yang berkepanjangan,” tegasnya.
Anggota Komisi I, Amran, juga menekankan pentingnya inovasi dalam pelayanan publik yang berbasis smart governance serta perlunya evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan pelayanan yang optimal.
“Sudah seharusnya inovasi dilakukan secara maksimal sesuai prinsip smart governance dan adanya evaluasi berkala untuk memantau pelaksanaan pelayanan di Disdukcapil,” ungkap Amran.
Selain itu, Amran menyoroti urgensi peningkatan sarana dan prasarana di Disdukcapil yang perlu segera dimasukkan dalam rencana kerja untuk dibahas dalam perubahan APBD.
“Keluhan terhadap kondisi sarana dan prasarana akan kita perjuangkan dalam pembahasan APBD Perubahan berikutnya, terutama terkait perangkat yang ada di kecamatan dan di Capil sendiri, termasuk ruang ramah anak serta tempat antrean yang lebih nyaman,” tambahnya.
Komisi I menegaskan komitmennya dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan dan terus berkoordinasi dengan mitra terkait untuk memastikan pelayanan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat.
“Dalam hal pengawasan, kami berkomitmen untuk terus aktif berkoordinasi dan menindaklanjuti segala aduan serta kondisi yang tidak ideal di OPD mitra Komisi I,” tutup A.Amshar A Timbang
Dengan adanya kunjungan ini, diharapkan Disdukcapil segera mengambil langkah konkret untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengakses layanan kependudukan dengan lebih nyaman dan efisien.(Ikbal)
