Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR,-Perselisihan yang sempat memicu aksi saling balas penganiayaan antara kelompok pemuda dan kelompok ormas di Kecamatan Cikembar, Kabupaten Sukabumi, akhirnya berakhir dengan damai. Mediasi yang difasilitasi oleh jajaran Polres Sukabumi berlangsung di Aula Mapolsek Cikembar pada, Kamis(06/02/2025) malam hingga dini hari.
Kapolres Sukabumi AKBP Dr. Samian melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Sukabumi, IPTU Hartono, S.H., M.H., menjelaskan bahwa perselisihan ini berawal dari kesalahpahaman antarpengemudi angkot di depan Pintu Blok B PT Glostar Indonesia Cikembar. Insiden tersebut kemudian berkembang hingga melibatkan kelompok pemuda dan kelompok ormas setempat.
“Situasi ini sempat memanas karena adanya aksi balas dendam setelah salah satu pihak merasa dianiaya. Namun, berkat koordinasi cepat dengan para tokoh masyarakat dan perwakilan kelompok ormas, kami berhasil meredam potensi konflik yang lebih besar,” ujar IPTU Hartono.

Dalam mediasi yang dipimpin oleh Polres Sukabumi bersama tokoh masyarakat dan perwakilan kedua belah pihak, disepakati bahwa masalah ini diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan. Kedua pihak, baik perwakilan kelompok pemuda maupun kelompok ormas, sepakat untuk berdamai dan tidak melanjutkan proses hukum.
“Kami Memohon maaf kepada masyarakat dengan adanya kegaduhan yang melibatkan Ormas Kami. Ormas kami berkomitmen untuk senantiasa membantu kepolisian dalam hal harkamtibmas. Kami berterimakasih kepada pihak kepolisian yang telah cepat melakukan penanganan sehingga konflik tidak berdampak meluas” Ungkap Ketua salah Satu Ormas Kecamatan Cikembar.
“Kami menegaskan bahwa harkamtibmas adalah tanggung jawab bersama. Kami mengapresiasi kesediaan kedua belah pihak untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan musyawarah, sehingga tidak menimbulkan gangguan keamanan yang lebih luas,” tambah IPTU Hartono.

Kesepakatan damai tersebut mencakup perjanjian bahwa kedua belah pihak saling memaafkan, tidak akan menuntut ganti rugi, serta berkomitmen untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatan serupa.
Kapolsek Cikembar, AKP Teddy Slamet, S.E., juga menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh pihak yang turut berperan dalam proses mediasi. “Kami mengimbau kepada para tokoh masyarakat dan kelompok ormas agar terus memberikan arahan kepada anggotanya supaya keamanan dan ketertiban di lingkungan tetap terjaga,” katanya.
Mediasi yang berlangsung hingga dini hari pukul 03.15 WIB tersebut berjalan dengan lancar dan kondusif. Polres Sukabumi berkomitmen untuk terus melakukan pengawasan guna memastikan tidak ada potensi konflik lanjutan di kemudian hari.(Rama)
