Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR- Penyidik Korps Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Kortastipidkor) Polri menegaskan pihaknya terus menggali dan menyidik kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan lahan untuk rumah susun (rusun) di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat (Jakbar).
Kepala Kortastipidkor Polri, Irjen Pol. Cahyono Wibowo, mengatakan bahwa penyidik saat ini mengembangkan penyidikan setelah menemukan dua alat bukti baru yang memperkuat dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) itu.
“Kami terus mengusut tuntas perkara ini dengan transparansi dan akuntabilitas tinggi,” ujarnya dalam keterangan yang dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Senin (27/1/2025)

Adapun tersangka dalam kasus itu, RHI (Rudy Hartono Iskandar), sebelumnya mengajukan gugatan praperadilan pada Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Barat.
Dalam putusan yang dikeluarkan pada 17 Januari 2025, hakim tunggal menyatakan bahwa gugatan yang diajukan RHI tidak dapat diterima atau NO (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard) karena mengandung cacat formil.
Bagi Kortastipidkor, hal ini menjadi sorotan karena sebelumnya ada dua gugatan praperadilan yang diajukan oleh yang bersangkutan di pengadilan yang sama meskipun korps tersebut berkedudukan di wilayah hukum Jakarta Selatan.
Penyidik menilai bahwa keputusan tersebut sangat penting untuk mencegah preseden yang bisa mempersulit proses hukum di masa mendatang.

Kortastipidkor juga menegaskan komitmennya untuk menuntaskan kasus ini dan memastikan penegakan hukum yang bersih dan akuntabel dalam setiap tahap penyidikan.
“Kami memastikan bahwa kasus ini akan terus berlanjut sesuai dengan mekanisme hukum yang berlaku,” ujarnya menegaskan.
Kasus dugaan korupsi pembelian lahan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta itu berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor LP/656/VI/2016/Bareskrim tanggal 27 Juni 2016.
Kasus yang melibatkan proyek Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemda Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun anggaran 2015 ini diduga melibatkan suap kepada penyelenggara negara dengan potensi kerugian negara mencapai Rp649,89 miliar.

Dalam kasus tersebut, Polri telah menetapkan dua orang tersangka, yakni mantan Kepala Bidang Pembangunan Perumahan dan Permukiman Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung DKI Jakarta Sukmana dan Rudy Hartono Iskandar selaku pihak swasta.
Tersangka diduga terlibat dugaan korupsi pengadaan tanah seluas 4,69 hektare di Cengkareng untuk pembangunan rusun oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Gedung Pemerintah Daerah (DPGP) DKI Jakarta Tahun Anggaran 2015 saat Gubernur DKI dijabat oleh Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (BTP) alias Ahok. (Antara)
