Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR- KPK kembali memeriksa mantan Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung Tedy Rusmawan sebagai saksi kasus dugaan gratifikasi Bandung Smart City. Tedy diperiksa bersama sejumlah saksi lainnya hari ini.
“KPK menjadwalkan pemeriksaan saksi dugaan tindak pidana korupsi terkait penerimaan hadiah atau janji terkait pengadaan atau pekerjaan yang bersumber dari APBD Kota Bandung tahun anggaran 2020-2023 serta penerimaan lainnya,” kata jubir KPK Tessa Mahardhika kepada wartawan, Jumat (17/1/2025).
Dia mengatakan pemeriksaan dilakukan di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Saksi-saksi yang diperiksa sebagai berikut:
1.Andreas Guntoro, mantan pegawai PT. SMA
2. Yadi Haryadi, Kepala Bidang Lalu Lintas dan Perlengkapan Jalan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandung.
3. Muhammad Salman Fauzi, PNS/Sekretaris DPRD Kota Bandung
4. Ahmad Djalaluddin, karyawan swasta (Direktur PT Mutiara Samudera Pasai)
5. Sony Setiadi, Direktur PT CIFO
6. Ruhiman, marketing/konsultan CV Ultima Persada (2021-2022)
7. Oki Ariesyana, wiraswasta
8. Didi Ruswandi, Kepala Dinas Sumber Daya Air dan Bina Marga (DSDABM) Kota Bandung
R Nurul Nurachman, staf Pendamping Komisi C
9. Hasan Faozi, anggota DPRD Kota Bandung

Tedy sempat diperiksa dalam perkara yang sama pada Kamis (5/12/2024). Tedy dicecar terkait dugaan pemberian gratifikasi kasus dugaan korupsi Bandung Smart City.
“Penyidik mendalami terkait dugaan pemberian gratifikasi kepada anggota DPRD Kota Bandung,” terang Tessa, Jumat (6/12/2024).
KPK sebelumnya menetapkan sejumlah tersangka baru dalam kasus ini. Mereka ialah:
1. Mantan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bandung Ema Sumarna (ES)
2. Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung 2019-2024 Ferry Cahyadi Rismafury (FCR)
3. Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung Riantono (RI)
4. Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung Achmad Nugraha (AH)
5. Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung 2019-2024 Yusuf Cahyadi.

KPK menduga Ema menerima suap Rp 1 miliar dan para anggota DPRD Bandung itu menerima total Rp 1 miliar juga. Perkara ini merupakan pengembangan dari kasus yang menjerat mantan Walkot Bandung Yana Mulyana.
“Para tersangka diduga menerima hadiah atau janji terkait pengadaan atau pekerjaan yang bersumber dari APBD Kota Bandung tahun 2020-2023 serta penerimaan lainnya sesuai dengan fungsi dan kewenangannya,” kata Direktur Penyidikan KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu dalam jumpa pers di gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (26/9/2024).
