Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR- Tim penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyita empat properti dengan nilai Rp8,1 miliar terkait penyidikan dugaan korupsi suap pengurusan dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) dari APBD Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun anggaran 2021–2022.
“Pada tanggal 8 Januari 2025, KPK melakukan serangkaian tindakan penyidikan berupa penyitaan tiga unit tanah dan bangunan yang berlokasi di Surabaya dan satu unit apartemen yang berlokasi di Malang, yang secara keseluruhan bernilai Rp8.1 miliar,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Minggu.
Tesaa mengatakan penyitaan dilakukan karena diduga aset-aset tersebut diduga diperoleh dari hasil tindak pidana korupsi tersebut di atas.

KPK akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin mengembangkan perkara yang sedang disidik dan meminta pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap para pihak yang patut untuk dimintakan pertanggungjawabannya.
KPK pada Jumat, 12 Juli 2024, mengumumkan telah menetapkan 21 orang tersangka dalam pengembangan penyidikan dugaan korupsi suap pengurusan dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) dari APBD Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun anggaran 2021–2022.
“Mengenai nama tersangka dan perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh para tersangka akan disampaikan pada waktunya bilamana penyidikan dianggap cukup,” ujar Tessa.
Dari 21 orang tersangka tersebut, empat orang di antaranya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka penerima suap dan 17 orang lainnya sebagai tersangka pemberi suap.
Dari empat tersangka penerima suap, lanjut dia, tiga orang merupakan penyelenggara negara, sementara satu orang lainnya merupakan staf dari penyelenggara negara.
Untuk 17 orang tersangka pemberi suap, sebanyak 15 orang di antaranya adalah pihak swasta dan dua orang lainnya merupakan penyelenggara negara.
Juru bicara sekaligus penyidik KPK itu menerangkan bahwa penetapan tersangka tersebut berdasarkan surat perintah dimulainya penyidikan (sprindik) yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 5 Juli 2024.
“Penyidikan perkara ini merupakan pengembangan dari perkara OTT (operasi tangkap tangan) terhadap STPS (Sahat Tua P. Simanjuntak) yang merupakan Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jatim dan kawan-kawan oleh KPK pada bulan September 2022,” kata Tessa.
Dalam perkara tersebut, majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi Surabaya memvonis Wakil Ketua DPRD Jatim nonaktif Sahat Tua P. Simanjuntak selama 9 tahun penjara dalam kasus korupsi hibah pokok pikiran (pokir) DPRD Jatim pada tahun anggaran 2021-2022.

KPK juga memeriksa Anggota DPR RI Anwar Sadar (AS) soal kepemilikan asetnya dan juga soal pengurusan dana hibah untuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) dari APBD Provinsi Jawa Timur 2021-2022.
Anwar Sadad diperiksa KPK dalam kapasitasnya sebagai Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2019-2024. Hal yang sama juga didalami penyidik KPK terhadap Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur 2019 -2024 Achmad Iskandar.
