Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) optimistis Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) akan bersikap kooperatif dan tidak akan merintangi penyidikan komisi antirasuah terhadap dirinya.
“Apakah yang bersangkutan dikhawatirkan (merintangi penyidikan)? Kalau melihat dari beberapa statemen-statemen yang bersangkutan, yang bersangkutan menyatakan akan menjalani prosesnya dan itu menjadi kabar baik tentunya untuk penyidik,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Sabtu.
Tessa menilai pernyataan Hasto tersebut bisa menjadi contoh dan berharap semua pihak yang berurusan dengan komisi antirasuah bersikap kooperatif demi kelancaran proses penyidikan dan segera mendapat kepastian hukum atas perkara yang sedang berjalan.
“Memberikan contoh bahwa siapapun yang terlibat, baik itu saksi maupun tersangka, untuk bisa bersikap kooperatif dalam prosesnya dan tidak melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang bisa mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses penyidikan, penuntutan, sama dengan persidangan,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto mengaku taat pada hukum terkait dengan penetapannya sebagai tersangka oleh KPK.
Hasto mengaku siap menghadapi kasus hukum yang menjeratnya itu dengan kepala tegak dan mulut tersenyum. Demi perjuangan terhadap cita-cita dan nilai-nilai yang diperjuangkan, dia mengaku siap menghadapi risiko apa pun.
“PDI Perjuangan adalah partai yang menjunjung tinggi supremasi hukum,” kata Hasto dalam keterangannya yang diterima di Jakarta, Kamis (26/12/2024).
Sejak awal, Hasto mengaku sudah memahami berbagai risiko-risiko yang akan dihadapi ketika mengkritisi bagaimana demokrasi harus ditegakkan.
Di samping itu, dia pun menyinggung terkait dengan sumber-sumber daya negara digunakan demi kepentingan politik praktis.
Menurut dia, seluruh kader PDI Perjuangan harus menghadapi hal itu.
“Untuk itu, kami tidak akan pernah menyerah, baik mau digunakan suatu proses intimidasi secara formal maupun dengan cara-cara di luar formal sekalipun, kami sudah menyiapkan risiko-risiko terburuk,” kata Hasto.
Hasto ditetapkan sebagai tersangka berdasarkan surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) bernomor Sprin.Dik/153/DIK.00/01/12/2024 bertanggal 23 Desember 2024.
Dalam sprindik itu, Hasto disebut terlibat tindak pidana korupsi bersama tersangka Harun Masiku dengan memberikan hadiah atau janji kepada anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI Periode 2017-2022 Wahyu Setiawan terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019—2024.
Berdasarkan Sprin.Dik/152/DIK.00/01/12/2024 bertanggal 23 Desember 2024, Hasto juga menjadi tersangka perintangan penyidikan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh Harun Masiku tersebut.
Untuk diketahui, Harun Masiku ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan pemberian hadiah atau janji kepada penyelenggara negara terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019—2024 di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Republik Indonesia.
Walau demikian, Harun Masiku selalu mangkir dari panggilan penyidik KPK hingga dimasukkan dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO) sejak 17 Januari 2020. Selain Harun, pihak lain yang terlibat dalam perkara tersebut adalah anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) periode 2017—2022 Wahyu Setiawan.(*)
