Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Kebijakan Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto yaitu penghapusan utang bank bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah atau UMKM di tahun 2025 akan mencakup sekitar 1 juta pelaku UMKM dengan total nilai Rp 14 triliun.
Hal Ini disampaikan Menteri Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), Maman Abdurrahman di Istana kepresidenan Bogor, Jumat (3/1).
“Target kita memang semua kurang lebih yang ada 1 jutaan itu mau kita hapuskan supaya semua bisa bisa putih kembali. Bisa mendapatkan fasilitas pinjaman kembali,” katanya.
Ia menjelaskan, di tahap awal akan ada 67 ribu UMKM mendapat manfaat dari program ini dengan total nilai utang yang dihapus sekitar Rp 2,4 triliun.
“Tadi dibicarakan Pak Presiden, minggu kedua bulan Januari, minggu depan. Kita akan launching, 3 ribuan yang kita undang mendapatkan hapus tagihan,” kata Maman.

Maman menegaskan bahwa tidak ada isu keuangan yang terjadi pada bank himbara yang melakukan hapus buku tersebut.
“Kalau sudah masuk dalam daftar hapus buku kan mereka di-blacklist karena gak mampu, dan mereka akhirnya dari pihak bak tercatat administrasi kan rugikan bank juga. Dan 1 jutaan orang itu juga kan macam-macam, ada yang meninggal, ada yang nggak tahu ke mana. Tapi kan ada yang masih terdata dan mau punya akses pembiayaan lanjutan tentunya mereka perlu diputihkan, maka masuk daftar itu,” jelasnya.
Diketahui penghapusan piutang kepada UMKM ini tertuang Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2024 tentang Penghapusan Piutang Macet Kepada UMKM. Aturan ini ditandatangani pada Selasa 5 November 2024 lalu.(*)
