Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepala Bappenas Rachmat Pambudy mengungkapkan, Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) merupakan penjabaran dari visi dan misi Presiden, salah satunya adalah mengentaskan kemiskinan.
Untuk itu, visi Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto yang terangkum di dalam ‘Asta Cita’ kemudian dituangkan menjadi prioritas nasional RPJMN.
“Dan RPJMN ini menekankan pada penurunan tingkat kemiskinan menjadi 4,5% pada tahun 2029 dan kemiskinan ekstrem harus menjadi 0% pada tahun 2026,” kata Kepala Bappenas di acara Musrenbangnas RPJMN 2025-2029 yang digelar di Bappenas RI, Senin (30/12).

Sementara itu, dari sisi indeks modal manusia ditargetkan bisa mencapai angka 0,59% pada tahun 2029 dan pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi 8%.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Rachmat Pambudy juga menjelaskan sejumlah cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia, di antaranya melalui perlindungan sosial terintegrasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta peningkatan istilah struktur dan layanan pendidikan hingga kesehatan.
“Strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia difokuskan pada pemberian makan bergizi yang sehat, penuntasan tuberkulosis, pembangunan sekolah unggul baru, layanan kesehatan terintegrasi, dan perbaikan kualitas dan kesejahteraan guru,” sambung dia.

RPJMN ini, lanjut Kepala Bappenas, juga menegaskan delapan strategi dan sejumlah langkah kebijakan untuk mendorong ekonomi agar dapat tumbuh berkelanjutan menjadi 8%.
“Delapan strategi tersebut di antaranya adalah peningkatan produktivitas pertanian menuju swasembada pangan, industrialisasi dan hilirisasi, serta penerapan ekonomi hijau dan ekonomi biru. Adapun langkah kebijakan yang dilakukan adalah deregulasi perizinan, kesinambungan fiskal yang didukung oleh Kementerian Keuangan, serta kebijakan moneter yang pro growth,” jelas Rachmat.
Lebih lanjut ia menjelaskan bahwa RPJMN merupakan indikator kinerja serta fokus pembangunan yang tergambar dalam Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) lima tahun ke depan.
“PSN merupakan proyek prioritas terpilih yang berkontribusi signifikan dalam pencapaian sasaran RPJMN, 17 program prioritas, dan delapan program hasil terbaik cepat. Salah satu PSN yang berdampak luas adalah program makan bergizi,” tegas Kepala Bappenas.

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) tidak hanya memenuhi gizi ibu hamil, balita, dan anak sekolah, tetapi disebut Kepala Bappenas juga dapat mendorong prestasi dan partisipasi siswa.
“PSN ini akan meningkatkan kejahteraan masyarakat luas, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0,86% di tahun pertama RPJMN. Dengan kontribusi pembelanjaan negara Rp71 triliun bisa meningkatkan 0,86%,” pungkas dia.(*)
