JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemda Provinsi Jawa Barat mengumumkan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) Tahun 2025 naik sebesar 6,5 persen, dan Upah Minimum Sektoral Provinsi (UMSP) naik 7 persen. Kenaikan tersebut sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Permenaker) Nomor 16 Tahun 2024.
Pengumuman kenaikan UMP dan UMSP Tahun 2025 tersebut disampaikan Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jabar Teppy Wawan Dharmawan di Gedung Sate, Kota Bandung, Rabu (11/12/2024) malam WIB.
UMP Jabar 2025 naik Rp.133.737, dari Rp.2.057.495 pada 2024 menjadi Rp.2.191.238. Selain itu, UMP Sektor Perkebunan ditetapkan sesuai dengan usulan, yakni naik 7 persen, dari Rp.2.057.495 pada 2024 menjadi Rp.2.201.519.
“Jadi semua sangat sepakat, tidak ada diskusi lagi, kita memenuhi seluruh ketentuan yang salah satu eksplisit adalah kenaikan (UMP) 6,5 persen,” kata Teppy.
“Tidak ada angka kurang, tidak ada angka lebih dan kita laksanakan itu dengan bulat,” imbuhnya.

Teppy menuturkan, kenaikan UMP dan UMPS sudah disepakati berbagai unsur pihak yang terlibat yakni unsur pemerintahan, akademisi, serikat pekerja dan pengusaha menyetujui kenaikan itu berdasarkan Permenaker Nomor 16 Tahun 2024.
“Kita sangat sepakat, jadi seluruh unsur yang terlibat semua sepakat tidak ada tawar-menawar sebagaimana dengan Permenaker (naik) sebesar 6,5 persen,” ujar Teppy (*)
