Surabaya, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Aparat Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Perak Surabaya, Jawa Timur, membongkar dugaan tindak pidana korupsi di Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Surya Surabaya dengan menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka.
Dua orang tersangka itu adalah Muhammad Taufiqurrahman (T) yang menjabat Direktur Pembinaan Pedagang PD Pasar Surya periode 2019–2023 dan Masrur (M) yang sejak tahun 2017 sampai sekarang menjabat Kepala Cabang Selatan PD Pasar Surya Surabaya.

PD Pasar Surya Cabang Selatan yang pengelolaan parkirnya dimainkan oleh dua orang tersangka itu meliputi sebanyak 17 pasar di wilayah Kota Surabaya.

Ananto mengungkapkan perbuatan tersangka T dan M menyebabkan terjadi selisih pembayaran kegiatan pengelolaan perparkiran PD Pasar Surya Cabang Selatan tahun 2020-2023 yang menimbulkan kerugian keuangan negara senilai Rp725.443.762.

Penyidik Kejari Tanjung Perak Surabaya mengungkap kedua tersangka tidak melakukan evaluasi, kajian dan negosiasi yang menentukan dapat tidaknya dilakukan perpanjangan pengelolaan parkir tersebut.

“Tersangka dijerat Pasal 2 ayat (1) jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. Selain itu, Pasal 3 jo. Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP,” katanya.
