JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi memeriksa mantan Kepala Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Jawa Tengah Bram Hertaningsih (BH) soal dugaan aliran uang kepada Kepala BTP Semarang.
Penelusuran aliran uang tersebut adalah bagian dari pengembangan penyidikan dugaan korupsi berupa suap terkait proyek pekerjaan jalur kereta api di BTP Jawa Tengah pada Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian (DJKA) Kementerian Perhubungan.
“Saksi didalami terkait dengan pemberian fee kepada Kepala BTP Semarang,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Sabtu (30/11/2024).

Pemeriksaan terhadap Bram Hertaningsih dilakukan penyidik KPK bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Selatan pada Jumat (29/11).
Yang bersangkutan juga diperiksa penyidik KPK soal dugaan korupsi terkait pengadaan Paket Pekerjaan 6 Perbaikan Perlintasan Sebidang Wilayah Jawa dan Sumatera tahun 2022.
Pada jadwal pemeriksaan tersebut penyidik KPK juga memeriksa Direktur Utama PT Bilindo Andase tahun 2022 Syarifuddin soal paket pekerjaan perlintasan sebidang tersebut.
“Saksi didalami terkait pekerjaan subkon ke PT KAPM (KA Properti Manajemen),” kata Tessa.
Terkuaknya kasus tersebut berawal dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) KPK pada 11 April 2023 di Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Kelas I Wilayah Jawa Bagian Tengah Direktorat Jenderal Kereta Api (DJKA) Kemenhub. Saat ini BTP Kelas I Wilayah Jawa Bagian Tengah telah berganti nama menjadi BTP Kelas I Semarang.
KPK lantas menetapkan 10 orang tersangka yang langsung ditahan terkait dengan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan dan perbaikan rel kereta api di Jawa, Sumatera, dan Sulawesi.
Para tersangka tersebut terdiri atas empat pihak yang diduga sebagai pemberi suap, yakni Direktur PT IPA (Istana Putra Agung) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DRS), Direktur PT DF (Dwifarita Fajarkharisma) Muchamad Hikmat (MUH), Direktur PT KA Manajemen Properti sampai Februari 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS), dan VP PT KA Properti Manajemen Parjono (PAR).

Enam tersangka lainnya diduga sebagai penerima suap, yakni Direktur Prasarana Perkeretaapian Harno Trimadi (HNO), Kepala Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Jawa Tengah Putu Sumarjaya, pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK) BTP Jawa Tengah Bernard Hasibuan (BEN), PPK BPKA Sulawesi Selatan Achmad Affandi (AFF), PPK Perawatan Prasarana Perkeretaapian Fadliansyah (FAD), dan PPK BTP Jawa Barat Syntho Pirjani Hutabarat (*).
