JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pansus 3 DPRD Kota Bandung menggelar Rapat Kerja membahas Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Reklame, di Gedung DPRD Kota Bandung, Kamis, 28 November 2024.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut hadir Ketua Pansus 3 Dr. Ir. H. Juniarso Ridwan, SH., MH., M.Si., Wakil Ketua Pansus 3 H. Sutaya, S.H., M.H., serta Anggota Pansus H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I, H. Iman Lestariyono, S.Si., Asep Robin, S.H., M.H., H. Ir. Kurnia Solihat, Dr. Uung Tanuwidjaja, S.E., M.M., Aan Andi Purnama, S.E., M.M., Mukhamad Adi Widyanto, Mochamad Ulan Surlan, S.Tr.AKUN., dan Yoel Yosaphat, S.T.
Ketua Pansus 3 DPRD Kota Bandung Juniarso Ridwan menyoroti sejumlah hal terkait reklame, seperti kawasan, ketertiban, pengawasan dan lain sebagainya. Termasuk soal keamanan dan kenyamanan yang masuk dalam kearfian lokal di raperda tersebut.
“Kearifan lokal ini penting, terkait keamanan, kenyamanan dan keserasian dengan lingkungan,” katanya.

Wakil Ketua Pansus 3 DPRD Kota Bandung, H. Sutaya, mendorong agar persoalan terkait reklame yang ada untuk diselesaikan terlebih dahulu, sehingga raperda tersebut akan lebih efektif dalam pelaksanaannya nanti.
“Bagaimana penegakan dan solusinya, karena percuma kalau persoalan yang ada tidak diselesaikan,” katanya.
Hal senada disampaikan Anggota Pansus 3 DPRD Kota Bandung, Mukhamad Adi Widyanto yang menilai raperda tersebut tidak bisa berjalan optimal, jika persoalan yang ada tidak diselesaikan terlebih dulu. Salah satunya terkait perizinan reklame yang dianggap belum maksimal.
“Reklame yang ilegal diselesaikan dulu, termasuk perizinannya. Sehingga bisa menjadi win-win solution, baik bagi pengusaha yang berizin maupun pemerintah,” ucapnya.

Sementara itu, Anggota Pansus 3 DPRD Kota Bandung, Kurnia Solihat mendorong agar reklame yang ada di Kota Bandung bisa lebih berdampak ekonomi baik untuk warga maupun Pemkot Bandung.
“Reklame muncul di mana-mana tapi tidak sesuai target (pendapatan), karena semangatnya berdaya ekonomi untuk warga dan Kota Bandung yang lebih baik,” ujarnya.(*)
