JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengatakan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Bengkulu pada Sabtu (23/11) malam terkait dugaan pungutan terhadap pegawai untuk pendanaan pemilihan kepala daerah (pilkada)
“Pungutan kepada pegawai untuk pendanaan pilkada sepertinya,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Minggu.
Diungkapkan bahwa uraian lengkap perkara tersebut beserta siapa saja pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya akan disampaikan dalam konferensi pers yang dijadwalkan berlangsung sore ini.
“Lebih jelasnya nanti sore baru akan dipaparkan,” ujar Alex.
Sebelumnya, Alex juga membenarkan tim penyidik KPK menangkap tujuh orang dalam OTT di Bengkulu.
“Saya baru dapat laporan dari staf yang membenarkan ada giat penindakan di Bengkulu. Ada tujuh orang diamankan,” ujarnya.

Pada kesempatan terpisah, Kapolresta Bengkulu Kombes Pol. Deddy Nata membenarkan soal adanya kegiatan KPK di Bengkulu.
Dikatakan pula bahwa ada pemeriksaan yang dilakukan KPK di Mapolresta Bengkulu.
“Iya betul KPK, cuma untuk kegiatannya kita tunggu sebentar. Untuk jumlahnya saya belum tahu, kita tunggu saja dahulu. Karena yang melakukan kegiatan bukan Polresta Bengkulu, dan saya tidak tahu apa-apa kegiatannya, mohon rekan-rekan wartawan sabar dulu sambil menunggu perkembangan lebih lanjut,” ujar dia di Kota Bengkulu, Sabtu.
Kombes Pol. Deddy mengatakan bahwa pihaknya hanya melakukan pengamanan kegiatan. Sementara itu, isi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh KPK tersebut pihaknya tidak mengetahui.
