JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengatakan pihak yang terjaring operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Bengkulu pada Sabtu (23/11) malam bertambah menjadi delapan orang.
“Sampai dengan saat ini, sudah ada delapan orang di jajaran Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu yang sudah diamankan oleh KPK,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Minggu.
KPK telah menerbangkan delapan orang tersebut ke Jakarta untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan.
Dalam operasi tersebut penyidik juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti berupa uang tunai dan dokumen, namun belum merinci berapa nominal uang yang disita dalam kegiatan tersebut.
“Juga turut diamankan uang, dokumen dan barang bukti elektronik,” ujarnya.
Salah satu pihak yang turut menjalani pemeriksaan di Gedung Merah Putih KPK adalah Gubernur Bangkulu Rohidin Mersyah.

Rohidin tiba di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan, dengan pakaian serta hitam dan mengenakan masker dan topi putih. Dia tiba pada pukul 14.39 WIB dengan dikawal oleh personel KPK dan polisi.
Setibanya di lokasi, yang bersangkutan langsung masuk ke lobi gedung tanpa memberikan komentar apapun kepada awak media yang telah menunggu di lobi Gedung Merah Putih KPK. Rohidin kemudian naik ke ruang pemeriksaan yang berlokasi di lantai 2 Gedung Merah Putih KPK.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata membenarkan soal tim penyidik KPK yang menangkap tujuh orang dalam kegiatan penyidikan di Bengkulu.
“Saya baru dapat laporan dari staf yang membenarkan ada giat penindakan di Bengkulu. Ada tujuh orang diamankan,” ujar Alex saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Minggu. (24/11/2024)

Alex mengatakan OTT tersebut dilakukan terkait dugaan pungutan terhadap pegawai.
“Pungutan ke pegawai untuk pendanaan pilkada sepertinya,” kata Alex.
Alex mengatakan uraian lengkap perkara tersebut beserta siapa saja pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya akan disampaikan dalam konferensi pers yang dijadwalkan berlangsung sore ini.
“Lebih jelasnya nanti sore baru akan dipaparkan,” ujar Alex.
Pada kesempatan terpisah, Kapolresta Bengkulu Kombes Pol Deddy Nata membenarkan soal adanya kegiatan KPK di Bengkulu. Dia mengatakan ada pemeriksaan yang dilakukan KPK di Mapolresta Bengkulu.
“Iya betul KPK, cuma untuk kegiatannya kita tunggu sebentar. Untuk jumlahnya saya belum tahu, kita tunggu saja dulu. Karena yang melakukan kegiatan bukan Polresta Bengkulu dan saya tidak tahu apa-apa kegiatannya, mohon rekan-rekan wartawan sabar dulu sambil menunggu perkembangan lebih lanjut,” ujar dia di Kota Bengkulu, Sabtu.
Ia mengatakan bahwa Polresta Bengkulu hanya melakukan pengamanan kegiatan, sedangkan untuk isi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh KPK tersebut pihaknya tidak mengetahui.(*)
