JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mendorong Panitia Seleksi Calon Pimpinan KPK melakukan sesi wawancara terhadap calon pimpinan dan dewan pengawas lembaga antirasuah itu dilakukan secara terbuka.
“Kami mendorong pelaksanaan wawancara capim dan Dewas KPK dapat dilakukan dengan terbuka dan dapat disaksikan oleh masyarakat melalui siaran langsung atau streaming yang mana hal ini untuk menunjukkan bahwa pansel melaksanakan proses seleksi capim dan Dewas KPK secara akuntabel dan transparan,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa.
Tessa mengatakan KPK memiliki kepentingan untuk mengetahui latar belakang, visi-misi, dan program yang ditawarkan masing-masing calon pimpinan, termasuk juga Dewan Pengawas KPK.
“Sehingga ke depan KPK dapat memberikan masukan atau penilaian atas hasil proses wawancara tersebut yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan pansel di tahap-tahap berikutnya atau masukan bagi DPR saat fit and proper test,” ujarnya.

Selain itu, kata Tessa, KPK juga telah menyusun roadmap jangka panjang pemberantasan korupsi sehingga penting bagi KPK untuk memastikan arah dan kebijakan setiap periode kepemimpinan KPK selaras dengan roadmap tersebut.
Juru bicara berlatar belakang penyidik itu mengatakan proses wawancara capim dan Dewas KPK merupakan salah satu pintu masuk bagi masyarakat untuk mengetahui lebih jauh visi-misi, kapasitas, dan kompetensi masing-masing calon pimpinan dan calon Dewan Pengawas KPK.
Pansel Calon Pimpinan dan Dewan Pengawas KPK Masa Jabatan 2024–2029 mewawancarai 20 orang peserta capim dan 20 calon Dewas KPK.
Sembilan anggota Pansel bersama empat pewawancara tamu atau panelis eksternal menguji peserta di tahap wawancara yang digelar di Aula Serbaguna Gedung 3, Kemensetneg.
Pansel telah menunjuk Ketua KPK 2003–2007 Taufiequrachman Ruki dan mantan Ketua Dewan Etik Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) Danang Trisasongko sebagai panelis dalam wawancara capim KPK.

Sedangkan panelis wawancara peserta calon Dewas KPK, yaitu Guru Besar FH Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Ningrum Natasya Sirait, dan Wakil Ketua KPK 2015-2019, Laode M. Syarif.
Tahapan wawancara itu diagendakan berlangsung hingga Jumat (20/9).
