Sodong Basari, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tidak seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya Karnaval Kebudayaan Puncak Perayaan HUT RI ke 79 Desa Sodong Basari diselenggarakan lebih awal yakni tanggal 18 Agustus selang sehari setelah peringatan detik-detik proklamasi tanggal 17 Agustus.
Peserta Karnaval Kebudayaan yang dimulai sekitar jam 13.30 WIB ini sesuai urutan barisan adalah Pasukan Bendera SMPN 2 Belik,kelompok drum band SDN 04 Sikasur,pasukan bendera SMK NU 1 Belik,Masyarakat perwakilan masing-masing RT se-Sodong Basari.
Masyarakat yang menjadi perwakilan masing-masing RT dalam karnaval kebudayaan tsb menyuguhkan berbagai macam seni,ada yang berupa miniatur berbagai makhluk mitologi,hewan,& ada juga yang membuat replika candi.
