Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh selaku Pj. Gubernur Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, memimpin Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPS-LB) Bank Sulselbar Tahun 2024 PT. Bank Sulselbar dan menjelaskan beberapa poin terkait bahan pembahasan dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung secara tertutup.
“Agenda pertama itu terkait dengan Pembatalan Pengangkatan Sdr. Ir. H. Anzhari Muin, M.Si sebagai Komisaris Utama PT. Bank Sulselbar. Yang kedua, Pemilihan dan Penetapan Calon Komisaris Utama PT Bank Sulselbar periode Tahun 2024-2028 untuk mengikuti Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan masing-masing.
Kemudian yang ketiga, Penetapan dan Pengangkatan Sdr. Dirhamsyah Kadir sebagai Direktur Pemasaran & Syariah PT. Bank Sulselbar.
“Dan keempat, Pelimpahan Kewenangan kepada Dewan Komisaris PT. Bank Sulselbar atas penunjukan Akuntan Publik (AP) dan/atau Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) untuk melakukan Audit Umum atas Laporan Keuangan Tahun Buku 2025,” pungkas Prof. Zudan.
RUPS ini merupakan upaya PT Bank Sulselbar untuk melakukan penyegaran pembaharuan dan penyesuaian struktur organisasi serta pengelolaan modal.
