JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penjabat Bupati Bogor Asmawa Tosepu menyebutkan salah satu kepala dinas di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, turut diamankan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam kasus pemerasan.
Asmawa di Cibinong, Kamis, (27/7/2024) mengungkapkan dari enam orang yang diamankan oleh KPK, satu orang di antaranya merupakan kepala dinas.
“Kasusnya pemerasan, satu orang sopir, dan empat orang PNS. Satu di antara PNS itu ada kepala dinas, hanya masih dicari tahu siapa,” kata Asmawa.

Ia mengaku masih melakukan penelusuran mengenai kasus pemerasan yang melibatkan empat orang ASN Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor ini.
“Sekarang kita lihat dulu, seperti apa konstruksinya, apakan bagian dari pelaku, nanti diungkap. Pasti aparat penegak hukum akan mengungkap ini secara terang benderang,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, KPK, Kamis, menangkap satu orang berinisial YS lantaran mengaku sebagai pegawai KPK dan melakukan pemerasan terhadap seorang aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor.
“Tim mengamankan orang dimaksud di rumah makan Mang Kabayan di Kabupaten Bogor sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardika di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis

Tessa menerangkan, pada Kamis pagi pihaknya menerima laporan mengenai seseorang berinisial YS yang mengaku pegawai KPK dan melakukan pemerasan kepada seorang pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor.
Pejabat tersebut dimintai sejumlah uang oleh YS dan atas laporan itu KPK menurunkan tim yang terdiri dari penyelidik, penyidik dan inspektorat untuk memastikan apakah orang tersebut benar-benar merupakan pegawai KPK atau bukan.
Tim KPK kemudian memastikan bahwa orang tersebut telah menerima uang dari pihak pelapor dan langsung menangkap YS pada sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB.
Tim KPK kemudian membawa YS menuju kediamannya di Perumahan Villa Bogor Indah di Kota Bogor dalam rangka pengumpulan barang bukti.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, penyidik KPK menyita uang Rp300 juta, satu unit ponsel merek iPhone dan satu unit kendaraan merek Porche warna putih.
Tim selanjutnya membawa YS ke Gedung Merah Putih KPK untuk dilakukan klarifikasi lebih lanjut
“Dari hasil klarifikasi tersebut, didapat kesimpulan sementara bahwa orang tersebut bukan merupakan pegawai KPK dan hanya beroperasi sendiri,” ujar Tessa.
Pihak KPK selanjutnya akan menyerahkan YS beserta uang, barang dan kendaraannya kepada pihak kepolisian dalam hal ini Polres Bogor untuk diproses lebih lanjut.(Antara)
