JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tim penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Rabu, memanggil tiga saksi penyidikan dugaan korupsi terkait proses kerja sama usaha dan akuisisi PT Jembatan Nusantara oleh PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) tahun 2019-2022.
“Ketiga saksi hadir dan materi yang didalami terkait proses kerja sama usaha dan proses akuisisi,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardika saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Rabu.
Tessa menerangkan ketiga saksi yang dipanggil tersebut berinisial IMM, MFF dan ADJ. Ketiganya menjalani pemeriksaan oleh penyidik di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun ketiga saksi tersebut yakni pegawai negeri sipil bernama Irfan Maulana Muharikin (IMM), pegawai PT ASDP M. Farid Fanani (MFF) dan pihak swasta bernama Adjie (ADJ).
Namun pihak KPK belum memberikan keterangan lebih lanjut soal apa saja temuan penyidik dalam pemeriksaan tersebut.
Untuk diketahui, KPK pada Kamis, 18 Juli 2024 mengumumkan telah memulai penyidikan dugaan korupsi terkait proses kerja sama usaha dan akuisisi PT Jembatan Nusantara oleh PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry persero, tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022.

Tessa menerangkan nilai proyek yang tengah disidik KPK itu mencapai Rp1,3 triliun, sedangkan estimasi kerugian keuangan negara akibat dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut masih dalam perhitungan oleh pihak auditor.
Penyidik KPK juga telah berkoordinasi dengan Ditjen Imigrasi Kemenkumham untuk memberlakukan cegah ke luar negeri terhadap empat orang demi kepentingan penyidikan.
Empat pihak yang dicegah tersebut terdiri dari satu pihak swasta berinisial A dan tiga orang dari pihak internal ASDP berinisial HMAC, MYH dan IP.
