Jules Abraham Abast S.I.K. mengatakan bahwa Jajaran Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polresta Cirebon Polda Jabar berhasil mengungkap 10 kasus peredaran gelap narkoba jenis sabu-sabu, ganja, dan obat keras terbatas (OKT) di wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon. Petugas juga berhasil mengamankan 13 tersangka dari hasil pengungkapan kasus tersebut.
Kapolresta Cirebon Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Sumarni, S.I.K, S.H, M.H, mengatakan, seluruh kasus penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba jenis sabu-sabu, ganja, dan OKT tersebut berhasil diungkap selama periode Maret – April 2024 di wilayah hukum Polresta Cirebon Polda Jabar.
“Selama kurun waktu tersebut,Satresnarkoba Polresta Cirebon Polda Jabar berhasil mengungkap 10 kasus peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu-sabu, ganja, dan OKT,” kata Kombes Pol Sumarni, S.I.K, S.H, M.H, saat konferensi pers di Mapolresta Cirebon, Selasa (7/5/2024).

Ia mengatakan, kasus-kasus tersebut merupakan kasus peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu-sabu hingga OKT. Adapun para tersangka yang berhasil diamankan berinisial IA (29), DL (31), R (31), AS (33), L (34), TA (24), I (45), PA (28), MF (29), H (30), IH (21), AM (20), dan MR (24).
Selain itu, jumlah barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan, di antaranya, 19,57 gram sabu-sabu, dan 5.177 butir OKT. Kasus-kasus tersebut diungkap di wilayah Kecamatan Kedawung, Plumbon, Sumber, Gebang, Pabedilan, Mundu, Weru Karangwareng, Karangsembung, Gegesik, dan Harjamukti serta Kesambi, Kota Cirebon.
“Seluruh kasus yang diungkap dan tersangka yang diamankan juga merupakan pengedar narkoba. Dari hasil pemeriksaan diketahui profesi sehari-hari para tersangka berbeda-beda, dari mulai pengangguran, wiraswasta, karyawan swasta, buruh, dan lainnya,” kata Kombes Pol Sumarni, S.I.K, S.H, M.H.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, para tersangka kasus peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu-sabu dijerat Pasal 112 juncto Pasal 114 juncto Pasal 127 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dan diancam hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara.
