JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menetapkan suami Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis sebagai tersangka Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) atas kasus korupsi tata niaga timah wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk.
“Untuk TPPU, yang bersangkutan (Harvey Moeis) sudah kita tetapkan tersangka TPPU ya,” kata Direktur Penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kuntadi di gedung Kejagung RI, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis.
Hal tersebut dilakukan kejaksaan lantaran Harvey diduga melakukan pencucian uang hasil tindak pidana korupsi tata niaga timah.

Namun demikian, Kuntadi tidak menjelaskan dengan rinci proses pencucian uang yang dilakukan Haryev dalam kasus ini.
Hingga sekarang, Kuntadi dan jajaran penyidik masih melakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi untuk mencari tahu adanya aktor lain dalam pusaran kasus korupsi timah ini.
Sebelumnya, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung Ketut Sumedana menyampaikan penyidik sudah memeriksa 174 saksi dalam perkara ini dan menetapkan 16 orang tersangka.
Ke 16 orang tersangka itu terdiri SW alias AW dan MBG, keduanya selaku pengusaha tambang di Kota Pangkal Pinang, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.

Tersangka HT alias ASN selaku Direktur Utama CV VIP (perusahaan milik Tersangka TN alias AN); MRPT alias RZ selaku Direktur Utama PT Timah Tbk tahun 2016-2021; EE alias EML selaku Direktur Keuangan PT Timah Tbk tahun 2017-2018.
Selanjutnya, BY selaku Mantan Komisaris CV VIP; RI selaku Direktur Utama PT SBS; TN selaku beneficial ownership CV VIP dan PT MCN; AA selaku Manajer Operasional tambang CV VIP; RL selaku General Manager PT TIN; SP selaku Direktur Utama PT RBT; RA selaku Direktur Pengembangan Usaha PT RBT; ALW selaku Direktur Operasional tahun 2017, 2018, 2021 dan Direktur Pengembangan Usaha tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020 PT Timah Tbk.
Kemudian, dua tersangka yang menarik perhatian publik, yakni crazy rich Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Helena Lim selaku manager PT QSE dan Harvey Moeis, selaku perpanjangan tangan PT RBT.
Dalam perkara ini, penyidik juga menetapkan satu tersangka terkait perintangan penyidikan berinisial TT.(*)
