JURNAL TIPIKOR – Sejak berdiri DPW Barisan Republik Provinsi Jawa Barat pada 13 Desember 2021, banyak masyarakat yang berharap agar program ekonomi kerakyatan segera terwujud. Namun, ternyata sampai hari ini anggota menganggap program tersebut seolah menguap begitu saja.
“Kami sudah capek dimintai data pelaku usaha lagi. Padahal, dari semenjak terbentuknya DPD BR Kabupaten Subang kami memenuhi semua kewajibannya. Harapan kami seolah buyar karena keterlambatan pencairannya.” Ujar Nata, Ketua DPC BR Kecamatan Cipunagara Kepada Jurnal Tipikor, Selasa (2/4/2024)
“Kemarin kami sempat merasa bahagia dengan terlaksananya MoU antara DPW Jabar dan pihak DPP. Tapi, kini kami merasa dipermainkan oleh organisasi ini. Masa kami harus mengumpulkan data pelaku usaha lagi. Padahal, dulu sudah berkali-kali data kami diminta.” Tambahnya.
Sementara itu, pembina BR Subang mengajak para anggota yang kecewa dengan program ini untuk mempertanyakan kelanjutannya kepada Ketua DPW BR Jabar.
“Saya ingin ada penjelasan yang rinci terhadap program BR ini. Jangan sampai ada keresahan dari para anggota. Kami sudah berjuang bukan satu atau dua tahun.” Kata Haji Sandi.
“Bapak sebagai Ketua DPW seharusnya menjadi penyambung lidah anggota kepada pihak DPP BR dan WCN untuk menanyakan kelanjutan program BR. Jangan sampai ada kesan ‘cuci tangan’ terhadap keberadaan BR.” Tambahnya.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Daswan Muda sebagai Ketua DPW BR Jawa Barat menjelaskan bahwa ada kejadian yang di luar nalar tata kelola organisasi.
“Saya hanya bisa menjelaskan bahwa saya dan jajaran DPW sudah dibekukan oleh DPP, jadi sulit bagi kami untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak DPP. Bahkan, kini kami terkesan ditinggalkan oleh organisasi ini.” Tegasnya.
“Hanya satu harapan kami, adanya keterbukaan dan hati nurani para petinggi DPP Barisan Republik terhadap program pinjaman modal usaha ini. Jangan sampai terjadi permasalahan di kalangan anggota, serta perpecahan sesama anggota.” Tambahnya.
“Kami sudah selesaikan semua kewajiban kami, tapi hak kami yang berupa pinjaman modal usaha belum juga dicairkan. Bahkan, beberapa minggu terakhir ini kami sudah menyetor dana kewajiban untuk honorarium pelantikan BPHU dan Brigade serta biaya MoU.” Pungkasnya.(red)
