Pekanbaru, JURNAL HUKUM – Seorang Pria berinisial HN alias Ijal (31) warga Jalan Melati, Kelurahan Harjosari Kecamatan Sukajadi, Kota Pekanbaru terpaksa diamankan pihak kepolisian sektor (Polsek) Senapelan lantaran mengancam seorang pemilik warung dengan samurai.
Kapolresta Pekanbaru Kombes Pol.Jeki Rahmat Mustika.S.I.K, Saat Dikonfirmasi Wartawan, Melalui Kapolsek Senapelan, Kompol Noak P Aritonang.S.I.K Mengatakan, Pengancaman tersebut terjadi lantaran pelaku tak terima orang tuanya dibentak-bentak oleh korban saat berbelanja air galon di warung milik korban.
“Pelaku mengancam korban lantaran tak terima orang tuanya dibentak-bentak oleh korban saat berbelanja diwarung korban,” kata Kompol Noak, Kamis (21/03/2024).
Kapolsek menjelaskan, aksi pengancaman tersebut bermula saat pelaku mendapat informasi bahwa orang tuanya dibentak-bentak oleh pemilik warung saat membeli air galon di Warkop 76 yang berada di Jalan Cempaka, Kelurahan Padang Bulan, Kecamatan Senapelan, pada Sabtu (16/03/2024) patang kemaren, sekitar pukul 18.35 Wib.
“Pelaku ini tidak terima orang tuanya di bentak-bentak oleh korban saat membeli air galon di warung korban,” kata Kapolsek.
Usai menerima informasi bahwa orang tuanya dibentak-bentak, lanjut Kapolsek, pelaku langsung mendatangi warung korban dengan membawa sebilah samurai.
“Sesampainya diwarung tersebut pelaku langsung mengacungkan samurai tersebut ke tubuh korban sambil mengancam akan membunuh korban dan keluarganya,” kata Kapolsek.
Melihat hal itu, anak korban bernama Rizki (26) langsung berusaha merebut samurai pelaku namun pelaku mengayun-ayunkan samurai tersebut ke arah anak korban.
“Anak korban kemudian berusaha melempar kursi kearah pelaku dan korban berusaha melerai dan mengambil senjata tajam dari tangan pelaku hingga korban terjatuh dan akhirnya pelaku pergi meninggalkan korban dan anaknya,” kata Kompol Noak.

Tak terima dengan ulah pelaku, korban kemudian melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Senapelan guna pengusutan lebih lanjut.
“Usai menerima laporan korban Kanit Reskrim, AKP Abdul Halim bersama tim opsnal langsung melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan dan memburu pelaku,” kata Kompol Noak.
Pada Senin (18/03/2024) siang sekitar pukul 14.00 Wib, tim opsnal mendapat informasi terkait keberadaan pelaku.
“Usai mendapat informasi tersebut, kita langsung menuju ke TKP dan berhasil mengamankan tersangka saat berada dirumahnya,” kata Kompol Noak.

Saat diintrogasi pelaku mengaku nekat mengancam korban lantaran sakit hati karna korban membentak orang tua pelaku.
“Selain itu pelaku ini juga sering membuat onar di daerah tersebut dan sudah meresahkan warga,” kata Kapolsek.
Dari tangan pelaku, lanjut Kapolsek, petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti samurai yang digunakan pelaku untuk mengancam korban.
Saat ini pelaku beserta barang bukti sudah diamankan di Mapolsek Senapelan guna menjalani proses hukum selanjutnya.
“Atas perbuatannya pelaku kita jerat dengan Pasal 335 ayat (1) e K.U.H.Pidana dan Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang Undang Darurat RI No.12 Tahun 1951 dengan ancaman hukuman diatas 5 tahun penjara,” tutup Kapolsek.(*)
