JURNAL TIPIKOR- Dewan Pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan 12 pegawai lembaga antirasuah bersalah telah menerima sejumlah uang dalam perkara pungutan liar di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) KPK.
“Menyatakan para terperiksa telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan perbuatan menyalahgunakan jabatan atau kewenangan yang dimiliki termasuk menyalahgunakan pengaruh sebagai insan KPK baik dalam pra pelaksanaan tugas maupun kepentingan pribadi dan atau golongan,” kata Ketua Dewas KPK Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean di Gedung Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis.
Tumpak menerangkan 12 pegawai KPK tersebut telah melanggar Pasal 4 ayat 2 huruf b Peraturan Dewas Nomor 3 Tahun 2021 tentang Penegakan Kode Etik dan Kode Perilaku KPK.

Dewas juga menjatuhkan hukuman berupa mewajibkan para terperiksa melakukan permintaan maaf secara terbuka.
“Menjatuhkan sanksi berat kepada para terperiksa masing-masing berupa permintaan maaf terbuka secara langsung,” ujarnya.
Dewas KPK juga merekomendasikan kepada pejabat pembina kepegawaian untuk melakukan pemeriksaan guna penjatuhan hukuman disiplin sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Tumpak mengatakan, berdasarkan fakta-fakta hukum yang ditemukan di persidangan, para terperiksa mengetahui para tahanan KPK menggunakan HP di dalam rutan KPK namun dibiarkan karena para terperiksa telah menerima uang tutup mata setiap bulannya dari para tahanan KPK.
Para terperiksa bahkan memberikan fasilitas lainnya seperti membantu para tahanan memasukkan barang atau makanan atau mengisi daya menggunakan powerbank yang seharusnya tidak boleh dilakukan oleh para terperiksa.
