JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepolisian Resor(Polres) Badung, Bali memeriksa 10 dari 30 orang terduga pelaku penyerangan terhadap 15 orang anggota Kompi A Yonif 900/Satya Bhakti Wirottama saat di Lapangan Futsal Kerobokan, Badung, Bali.
Kepala Kepolisian Resor Badung AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono saat dihubungi melalui media penyampaian pesan WhatsApp di Denpasar, Jumat mengatakan 10 orang terduga pelaku hingga kini masih menjalani pemeriksaan maraton oleh penyidik Satreskrim Polres Badung untuk mengetahui motif dan peran para pelaku serta kronologi kejadian.
Dia mengatakan 10 orang terduga pelaku tersebut diamankan Satreskrim Polres Badung pada Rabu (7/2) malam usai peristiwa penyerangan terhadap anggota TNI itu berlangsung.

“Kami sudah amankan 10 orang dari kelompok tim futsal yang melempar batu, saat ini masih dalam pemeriksaan untuk mengetahui kronologis dan peran dari pelaku yang kita amankan sesuai fakta hukum di TKP,” kata Teguh.
Menurut informasi Kapolres Badung Teguh, penyebab sementara dari insiden penyerangan tersebut karena adanya kesalahpahaman antara salah seorang anggota kelompok massa dengan salah satu anggota Kompi A Yonif 900/Satya Bhakti Wirottama.
Kesalahpahaman tersebut berlanjut sampai tindakan penyerangan dengan melempari para anggota TNI dengan batu hingga menyebabkan satu orang mengalami luka.
“Penyebabnya karena ada kesalahpahaman yang menyebabkan terjadi pelemparan batu yg mengenai salah satu pemain futsal dari anggota TNI,” katanya.

Hanya saja, Kapolres belum membeberkan identitas para pelaku menunggu hasil pemeriksaan oleh penyidik.
Sebelumnya, peristiwa penyerangan terhadap anggota Raider 900 oleh sekelompok orang tak dikenal tersebut terjadi pada Rabu (7/2) di Big Ball Futsal Arena Jalan Raya Kerobokan, Kabupaten Badung.
Kejadian bermula sekitar pukul 20.00 Wita pada saat Serda STV beserta 15 orang anggota Kompi A Yonif 900/SBW, bermain futsal. Di tempat itu, Serda STV memarkir motor dan lupa mengambil handphone yang disimpan di dasbor motor.
Selang beberapa menit kemudian, Serda STV kembali ke tempat parkir dan mendapati handphone sudah hilang. Dia pun bertanya kepada salah seorang yang duduk di dekat sepeda motornya apakah dirinya melihat handphone miliknya.

Orang tersebut salah paham dan menganggap Serda STV menuduhnya mengambil HP, lalu terjadi cek-cok mulut. Setelah terkendali, orang yang tidak dikenal tersebut pergi, sementara anggota TNI lanjut bermain futsal.
Sekitar pukul 20.30 Wita, orang yang tidak dikenal itu datang ke arena futsal membawa kurang lebih 10 orang temannya, serta membawa senjata tajam lalu menyerang dengan melempar batu ke arah anggota yang masih duduk di dalam lapangan futsal. Lemparan tersebut mengakibatkan Serda STV mengalami luka di bagian dahi dan pipi kirinya hingga luka memar.
Selanjutnya, sekitar pukul 20.45 Wita kelompok orang tersebut kembali melakukan penyerangan kedua dengan membawa lebih banyak masa sekitar 30 orang dilengkapi dengan senjata tajam.

Kabid Humas Polda Bali Kombes Jansen menjelaskan puluhan orang tersebut menyerang secara brutal melempar batu ke arah anggota yang masih berada di dalam lapangan futsal dan sekitar pukul 20.50 Wita, kelompok tersebut melarikan diri.
Pada pukul 20.55 Wita, anggota Polsek Kuta Utara tiba di TKP dan situasi sudah dalam keadaan aman. Hingga kini, Polisi masih memburu para terduga pelaku lainnya. (Antara)
