JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, menerapkan sistem pengawasan keuangan desa secara online.
“Sistem pengawasan keuangan desa ini merupakan inovasi baru di era digitalisasi, untuk menghindari kebocoran dalam penggunaan uang negara,” kata Kepala Inspektorat Bangka Selatan Marpaung di Toboali, Selasa.
Inspektorat bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Bangka Selatan dalam menerapkan sistem pengawasan keuangan online tersebut, karena ada beberapa perangkat lunak yang harus disiapkan untuk bisa tersambung secara online ke seluruh desa.
“Ada 50 desa yang perlu kita awasi, tentu butuh inovasi dan terobosan baru untuk bisa mengontrol keuangan desa sehingga terhindar dari kebocoran,” ujarnya.

Sistem pengawasan keuangan desa secara elektronik atau online, mampu mendeteksi semua lalu lintas keuangan desa secara tepat dan cepat.
“Tentu saja harapan kami dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, pengelolaan keuangan desa lebih berkualitas, akuntabel dan efektif,” ujarnya.
Kepala Dinas Kominfo Bangka Selatan Yuri Siswanto mengatakan, penerapan sistem pengawasan keuangan desa (Siswaskeudes) ini merupakan pengembangan dari Siskeudes yang sudah dioperasikan para perangkat desa.
“Kedua sistem informasi ini akan segera kita integrasikan sehingga pelaksanaan pengawasan keuangan desa lebih mudah dan efisien,” ujarnya.

Tim dari Kominfo sendiri secara teknis sudah berkomunikasi dengan admin maupun operator sistem dari Pemdes dan Inspektorat.
