JURNAL TIPIKOR – Presiden Jokowi heran lihat kelakukan tim calon Presiden-Cawapres, Anies Baswedan-Cak Imin.
Dua mantan menteri serang Jokowi dengan mengungkap sejumlah peristiwa saat masih menjabat sebagai pembantu presiden.
Pertama, Sudirman Said yang merupakan Menteri ESDM periode 2014-2016 dan kini menjadi Co-Captain Timnas AMIN (Anies-Cak Imin).
Yang kedua, Menteri Agama, Fachrul Razi.
Sudirman Said mengaku pernah dimarahi oleh Presiden Jokowi di Istana karena melaporkan Setya Novanto (Setnov) yang saat itu menjabat Ketua DPR RI ke Mahkamah Kehormatan Dewan (MKD) DPR.
Laporan itu terkait polemik kasus ‘papa minta saham’ yang turut menyeret nama Setno.
“Ketika saya melaporkan kasus Pak Novanto ke MKD itu Presiden sempat marah, saya ditegor keras dituduh seolah-olah ada yang memerintahkan atau ada yang mengendalikan,” ujar Sudirman kepada wartawan, Minggu (3/12/2023).

Kasus itu adalah skandal politik yang menyeret nama Setnov setelah diduga mencatut nama Presiden Jokowi untuk meminta saham PT Freeport Indonesia.
Sudirman lantas membuka rekaman pembicaraan Setnov dengan pengusaha Riza Chalid, dan Direktur Freeport Maroef Sjamsoeddin dalam sidang laporannya di MKD DPR.
Pada rekaman itu, Setnov turut menyebut nama Luhut Binsar Panjaitan (Kepala Staf Presiden) sebanyak 66 kali.
Luhut membantah terlibat dan sempat dipanggil oleh Majelis MKD.
Dua pekan setelah laporan Sudirman atau tepatnya 16 November 2015, Setnov menyatakan mundur dari jabatannya sebagai Ketua DPR. Kemudian, Setnov pun menjadi tersangka dalam kasus korupsi e-KTP.

Kemudian, mantan menteri kedua yang menyerang Jokowi yaitu Fachrul Razi.
Ia mengaku dicopot dari jabatan Menteri Agama oleh Jokowi, karena menolak pembubaran FPI.
Hal ini diketahui dari potongan rekaman video pengakuan Fachrul Razi di media sosial yang menceritakan proses di-reshuffle Jokowi pada akhir 2020 silam.
“Pada saat seminggu sebelum saya reshuffle, ada rapat kabinet topiknya itu pembubaran FPI. Saya tentu saja hadir,” ucap Fachrul dalam video tersebut.
“Pada saat rapat, semua menteri dan kepala badan dan lembaga tidak ada satu pun yang ngomong lain kecuali bubarkan. Hanya saya satu-satunya yang sampaikan itu (penolakan pembubaran FPI),” kata mantan Wakil Panglima TNI tersebut.
Ia mengaku mengaku senang FPI dibubarkan bukan pada saat dirinya menjabat sebagai Menteri Agama.
“Saya senang FPI dibubarkan bukan saat saya jadi Menteri Agama. Saya garis bawahi saya bukan pernah pengajian dengan FPI, ketemu Habib Rizieq pun enggak pernah, tapi saya punya prinsip dan idealisme seperti ini,” kata dia.

Diketahui pemerintah telah membubarkan FPI pada 30 Desember 2020 melalui Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) tentang Larangan Kegiatan Penggunaan Simbol dan Atribut serta Penghentian Kegiatan FPI.
Saat ini Fachrul Razi telah menyatakan mendukung pasangan Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) dalam Pilpres 2024.
Istana Heran
Pihak Istana melalui Koordinator Staf Khusus Presiden Ari Dwipayana angkat bicara mengenai pernyataan, Jenderal TNI (Purn) Fachrul Razi yang mengaku dicopot dari Menteri Agama karena menolak pembubaran FPI.
Untuk diketahui Fachrul Razi digantikan oleh Yaqut Cholil Qaumas atau Gus Yaqut oleh Presiden Jokowi pada 23 Desember 2020.

“Saya tidak tahu apa yang melatarbelakangi mengapa isu pergantian bapak Fachrur Razi sebagai Menteri Agama dan isu/kasus yang lain, baru diangkat saat ini, di tengah proses kotestasi politik dalam pemilu. Dalam istilah Bapak Presiden: untuk apa diramaikan? Dan untuk kepentingan apa itu diramaikan?” kata Ari, Senin, (4/4/j
Ari mengatakan dalam mengangkat dan memberhentikan menteri, Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) memiliki banyak pertimbangan.
“Dalam hal pengangkatan dan pemberhentian Menteri, Presiden pasti mempertimbangkan banyak hal, untuk yang terbaik bagi kepentingan rakyat, bangsa dan negara,” katanya.

Terkait pembubaran FPI, kata Ari tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) yang ditandatangani enam Menteri dan Kepala Lembaga dibawah koordinasi Menkopolhukam.
Kementerian tersebut yakni Mendagri, Menkumham, Menkominfo, Jaksa Agung, Kapolri, dan Kepala BNPT.
“SKB 6 Kementerian dan Lembaga itu disampaikan pemerintah setelah rapat bersama yang dilakukan di Kantor Kemenkopolhukam pada tanggal 30 Desember 2020. Jejak digitalnya bisa dicheck lagi,” pungkasnya.
Resmikan Media Center
Pemerintah membentuk Media Center Indonesia Maju yang berada di Jalan Diponegoro Nomor 15A, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat (4/12/2023).
Menteri Investasi/Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), Bahlil Lahadalia mengatakan, media center dibuat sebagai sarana pemerintah untuk mengklarifikasi berbagai masukan hingga informasi buruk jelang tahun politik Pemilu 2024.
“Karena ini tahun politik, penting rasanya kami dari pemerintah berpandangan untuk dilakukan percepatan memberi informasi ataupun klarifikasi terhadap berbagai masukan, kritikan ataupun plesetan data,” kata Bahlil, dalam konferensi pers, Senin (4/12/2023).
Bahlil menjelaskan, Media Center Indonesia Maju juga dibuat guna memberi kesempatan bagi para jurnalis untuk mengonfirmasi berbagai isu yang berhubungan dengan pemerintah.
“Media Center ini kita bangun dalam rangka memberikan wadah kepada teman-teman (jurnalis) untuk meng-cross check karena ini kan sebenarnya banyak di tahun pemilu, pileg, pilpres, kadang-kadang ada berita yang butuh informasi, nah disini kita bisa berdialog,” jelas Bahlil.
“Ini kita bentuk untuk membina teman-teman wartawan bisa cepat menelaah informasi terhadap berbagai kebijakan pemerintah yang telah dilakukan atau akan dilakukan yang kaitannya dengan proses pembangunan,” sambungnya.
Sehingga, menurutnya, isu politik apapun yang mencuat di publik jelang Pemilu 2024 tak mengganggu target ekonomi pemerintah maupun investasi di Indonesia.
“Kenapa itu penting karena kami berpandangan bahwa sekalipun itu urusan politik, pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional kita harus terjaga. Nah salah satu ciri pertumbuhan ekonomi tetep bisa terjaga kalau stabilitas bisa kita jaga bersama. Salah satu stabilitas itu bisa dipicu stabil atau tidak tergantung dengan informasi dan data,” jelas Bahlil.
Selanjutnya, ia memastikan, pemerintah tetap netral dalam menjawab berbagai isu jelang 2024 dan akan mengklarifikasinya apabila merasa informasi tersebut perlu diluruskan.
“Di sini hanya membicarakan tentang apa yang menjadi data kebijakan pemerintah. Sementara unsur politik tidak ada di sini. Jadi bukan sekretariat politik tapi ketika ada sekelompok orang atau salah satu kelompok yang memberikan atau mempertanyakan atau katakanlah menyerang pemerintah dengan narasi yang tidak benar kami berhak melakukan klarifikasi. Tapi saya tegaskan lagi di sini bukan untuk urusan politik,” tuturnya.
